ABEGLEY HEATING & AIR CONDWe had our ductwork cleaned last year and it was discovered that our plenum (the metal part that goes down from the furnace to the ductwork) was rusted and had holes in it. It was patched at that time but we knew it needed to be replaced. Our sister recommended Begley Heat and Air so we called. Mr. Begley and his sons arrived and gave us a quote on replacing the plenum and part of the ductwork. There was also an old humidifier attached to the return air, and we needed that disconnected. They came in right on time a day later, spread drop cloths on the entire entryway and hallway, and went right to work. Mr. Begley explained everything as it was being done and did many extra things they found along the way. The young men (his sons) were courteous and worked so well together. They had the plenum and ductwork built and installed so that it fit perfectly. We were so impressed with the quality of their work, we decided to replace our furnace with the brand they sell, a Rheem. The news was buzzing with warnings of record cold arctic air headed our way (Feb 2021). Begleys got our unit installed and built us a brand new vent out the top and through the roof in plenty of time before the cold got here. I can't say enough good comments to truly describe how happy we are with their work. Even with extras and snags along the way, Begley stayed with the quote he gave us from the beginning. AROD'S HEATING & AIRKeep this company in mind if u ever need AC or Heating work these guys are awesome!! I needed a line replaced and everyone that came out said u either gonna have to tear a section of the ceilng out and run them threw the ceiling or rip some tile up and chip out a trench in your slab . Either way it was a messed up situation with heavy destruuction to the house but !! Rods heating an air came out and said watch this we gonna take your drain line in the slab, find the 90 cut it off and run u a new line up that pipe then we gonna take this copper line that has a pin hole in it and make it your drain line !! These guys are awesome and my house suffered no damage and my AC is blowing icecicles !!! Gotta give RODS Heating and Air a big shout out and 10 star rating !! And was very clean and cleaned up their mess !! These guys are awesome!!- Brian S.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

FWe have used Wortmans for years and have watched them go downhill. Our recent visit was unacceptable. They 1- misdiagnosed the problem, 2- overcharged, 3- came back out for the same problem and stated it was a different issue. We called the office where we were greeted by an extremely rude secretary. The manager had a politer tone but was just as rude. We contacted a company in Sand Springs that came out quickly and properly fixed the actual issue for a fraction of the cost Wortmans wanted. Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

BSeems to be a good company so far i like the unit--it works nice so far. It only works with a remote--no manual They Installed the remote holder incorrectly so that the remote would not fit in- but I was able to call and they fixed it promptly. They seem willing to work out problems I wish I had been given more options of the different types of units - I wished I had gotten one with an air purifier or had an option for fresh air ventilation---but with the two companies I check with it seems like it is .."either this or either that:"
