FI told the provider what I needed cleaned and it was not. She did not come prepared with the tools to clean. There’s still cobwebs in corners of ceiling. I asked for base boards in 1 bathroom to be cleaned and she didn’t have anything to clean it with. Needless to say it wasn’t done. She did not bring furniture polish to polish furniture. She used a feather duster on the glass and wood and it was a poor job. I had to redo when she left. She didn’t clean the sliding glass doors in the living room or the front glass door. I paid for 4 hours and she was here 2 1/2 hours. The first thing she asked when she came inside was for the password to our WiFi. Why would she need that? When she finished doing the so called cleaning of my house, she went to the restroom and took a crap. Left my house stinking. What a sorry job and I paid for this because I’m having family stay for the week. I’m so disappointed , I want a refund ASAP so I can hire someone else to do the job right.

FBEWARE OF ROBERT CHERRY !!!!! He was great at first. Took him a number of days. Demo was done. Rebuilt new doorway and installed pocket door. Drywall work was mediocre. Finnish trim work was horrendous. He used drywall and tape instead of wood to make door jamb. Covered every gap and unnecessary surfaces with tub and tile caulk. He said he would come back and redo the door jamb. After two months and numerous texts and calls, he never came back. Now I'm out $1470 and have to pay a real contractor upwards of $900 to fix what he did. He's a con artist.

AI had an issue with a leak in my roof. After having that fixed, I then had an issue with my ceiling caving in. I hired a company and they subcontracted all the work out to Hank's Handyman Service. Not only did the ceiling need to be replaced, but the carpet was ruined as well. Hank and his crew came in and quickly repaired the ceiling and replaced the insulation that had been lost. After doing this, they then repainted the room with the color of my choice. About a week later they came back and replaced the carpet that was ruined. The whole time they were at my home they were completely professional. They were very careful as not to drag any dirt, paint or anything else throughout the rest of my house. They cleaned up any and all messes that were made. I was so impressed with their work ethics and the results that I received. I will be calling Hank directly from now on for any of my remodeling needs. I highly recommend Hank and his services. He does commercial work as well as residential and no job is too big or too small. Hank is A+ in my book.
