AB Glad ElectricB Glad did a whole home rewire for me. They did an excellent job and were competitively priced. As someone who is in the real estate industry and sees a lot of good and bad both inside electrical panels, I was curious what the inside of the panel looked like when they were done so I took a look. AElectric CityI found Electric City on Angie's List and chose them because of their high rating. An exterior fan, on a switch leg we had wiring problems with in the past, stopped working. To save the cost of a second service call, Electric city told us to buy a fan just in case it wasn't the wiring this time and they could install the new fan immediately. The next morning they arrived on time, found the fan to be the problem and quickly installed the new. I then remembered several other electrical problems we had since our new build and led the kind gentleman around our home and pool house as he quickly remedied the issues. Each time he fixed something he explained what he did and had some good advise. I normally do not write reviews but I felt this was one I needed to do as I have had three different local Electrical contractors in the course of a very large building project over the past five years and Electric City was refreshingly competent, professional and respectful. I highly recommend them.- Vivian M.

AA&D Home InspectionAndrea and Derrell were there at 0845 like discussed, they helped to explain the entire process before, during and after the inspection was complete. They insured both mine and my husbands questions were answered before moving on. It was very enjoyable being around while they conducted the inspection, they interacted with us in a polite and professional manner. AHarris ElectricThe work was done on an old 1924 Victorian house that had various electrical work done on it over the decades both as a home and business. The wiring was redone between two rooms in the ceiling, a ceiling fan assembled and installed, old wiring on the back of the house was inspected with some removed, a GFI was installed, and another light fixture was repaired elsewhere. The work took a few hours due to the difficulties of it being old wiring and due to past electrical fixes/upgrades being done illogically. At times they had up to 3 people working. They got it all done in one session, and cleaned everything up, including vacuuming the carpets. Excellent service at a good price. I highly recommend Harrison.- Brian J.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

DOne hour to set up a 32 " TV and sound bar. We are now using 3 remotes to operate TV. Kept asking questions. Second hour was the Harmony remote. First he did not bring computer. Had to use ours. Kept asking questions. He did not connect all of our equipment, we need to get someone else to correct what he did. Our last remote programming was done in 20 minutes. Plus during this covid time, he had to use bathroom.

CVery discouraging encounter with CTS. The Owner Greg Strange did the quote and really sold us on using them. They were the most expensive of the three quotes we requested but we went with them in spite of the price because Greg was so professional and convincing and we thought "you get what you pay for". Well we learned that Greg's professionalism was mostly an act - telling suckers like us what we wanted to hear. We scheduled a date and were told it would take two days to do the countertops, sink, and backsplash; the lights would be done later. Two weeks after they started we were still trying to get them to complete the work on the backsplash. It was never actually 100% completed (they never finished the Caulking) but I finally just paid them to end the drama. While waiting on the backsplash to be completed they started the lights which were NOT what I expected. After a week Greg did agree to remove the lights and did not charge me for that work but you can imagine how excited I was to have that mess in my kitchen for a week. Bottom line is they do good Granite and plumbing work but I would NOT let them do tile work unless you have weeks of time to get it done, don't mind cleaning up after them, and have someone at your house all the time to accommodate them as they do not keep their appointments - Oh and you want to pay a premium. I gave them C because they are NOT dishonest - they did not steal my money they just wasted weeks of my and my wife's time, missed several appointments are difficult to contact by phone and are really just ambivalent about finishing a job. DO NOT pay them until you are 100% sure they are done. I had to stop payment on my final payment to get them to come finish my project (which was never really finished). On the positive side their Granite installers and team were solid.
