AFreds Do All Interior Exterior RemodelWent well, was very pleased with work, he developed an illness while working (sinus infection or bronchitis something of that sort) plus his help quit arriving, so it was just him, he pushed through and completed the project, my only complaint would be he did get in a bit of a rush and a few things were missed that I corrected after he was done but again he was ill, his help quit showing and it was HOT!!! He framed an 8 feet deep 44 feet wide and 64 feet long wrap around porch in a week! Fred was a great guy and would hire again- Marco O.

ATMI CONSTRUCTIONThe repairs went smoothly. The roof was put on first in a timely/efficient manner. The painting, replacing the siding, gutters, etc came after that. We also had one window and a patio door replaced along with several window screens. All of the windows were re-caulked and the siding on the chimney was replaced. If there were any concerns Gabe consulted with us. His employees were trustworthy and cleaned up after the job was completed. The job took several weeks to complete but it was a big job. TMI-Gabe went out of his way to get the job done and to work with us. We chose TMI construction because the company was locally owned and operated and would choose TMI again. AExteriors And MooreMike Moore (the owner) had just been in a bad car accident and was therefore unable to come meet with me in person, but when I had any questions he was more than willing to talk with me over the phone until I had a firm grasp on the topic at hand. His foreman handled the in-person visits and was more than helpful in helping my husband and I through the process. The initial estimate said to allow 1-2 days. The process was ultimately finished in three days because of unexpected complications with rotting decking and siding. Overall, I am very satisfied with the job performed and the communications with Herb, Steve, Crystal, and Barry on site and Mike Moore over the phone. They have been very helpful through this trying situation and fixed the mess that our former roofers left behind.- Alyssa S.

AAny discrepancy that I found Jake was responsive to remedy the outcome and was courteous. For the most part JAM was timely in completing the projects. When it comes to cost JAM is probably not the cheapest contractor in town however, for the workmanship and result it is money well spent and you certainly get what you pay for. It was a pleasure having JAM construction do what I didn't have the time/skill to accomplish on my own. Jake handled the added difficulty well of having to consult with my wife over the phone who was 4 states away from the project at the time.

Feel free to call Sunday - Thursday 8:30 - 9:30 PM. I have the largest saw mill in the this part of Texas. We produce rough sawed lumber. I specialize in trailer lumber. I cut everything from 1 inch to big square timbers. Cut Oak and Cedar and any kind of hardwood except Bodark or high-line poles.

AIt went great, Mr. Mask Couldn't of been any nicer and helpful to provide us with the wood products we needed for our projects!! We used the wood and made two very nice rustic mantels, some shelves, and a fabulous bench for our new home! He also showed us around the saw mill and gave us some great ideas for future projects!!
