    GREAT! Charlie was wonderful. This was a Christmas surprise for my husband and Charlie played along with everything I needed. He parked next door at the neighbors house and I was able to sneak him in and out! He was very kind, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. It didn't take very long for the install and he did a beautiful job. He told me at the start how much it would cost and showed me how to work the system afterwards! I am very pleased with Charlie and Airco! Thanks so much!

    They showed up late and did not finish the job. They required payment and said they would be back to finish because their weed eater broke. They promised they would return on three separate days and never showed up. Now they are ignoring my requests to finish the work or for a refund. I'll see them in small claims court. "Don't use, highly unreliable!" Outrageously Expensive, Terrible landscaping skills! The worst customer service!

    It went good until he got to the finish and it came to the roof. He refused to tie into the roof line, and caulk around the windows. He did finally caulk under the windows said that the rain wouldn't come down from the top. May I ask where rain comes from? It got to the point that he threatened to put a lean on my house. My mother said that being on Angie's list the companies we get would be good and reputable BOY were we wrong. I guess with me being a woman he though he could just do what ever he wanted to do.

    THESE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS.  Please do not use "Protect Your Home".Their marketing department, out of Indiana, promises equipment that you will never end up getting.  Their job is to get the technician out to your house where he can act confused about why they offered you such an offer, tell you that he is not authorized to do that, but for more money can give you what you'll be happy with.  I asked the technician to please stay at our house until we were able to call and successfully cancel our order... I put the reps on speakerphone...and after the way they treated me and pleaded ignorance about what they had promised us the day before...the technician then apologized, said that they were flat out lying and was ashamed that his company employed these people.  I was then sent to so-called manager, RyanSmith, and he was rude and...slimy...to say the least.  Once he realized that I had written down what they had promised me the day before, along with customer reference number and names of all I had spoken with, he basically hung up on me.  Don't get into a contract with these people!

    The provider gave me an estimate on guttering while inspecting my roof.  He installed the guttering.  They dfid a good job, were very professional and were within my budget numbers.  Will recommend and use for future projects.

    I had a fan go out last night on the compressor unit. My insurance company contacted 1st Artic Air for service. The insurance provider said they would call to schedule an appointment within 4 hours, it was 6 - but okay, they finally called.
    I explained to them that the fan on the a/c compressor went out. They stated it was too cold to service an a/c system. I told them that I did not need a freon check, and that I had a fan that won't turn when the unit is on - I need that looked at or replaced.
    They continued to tell me how cold it was and that they could not service an a/c unit when the temperature falls below 50. I told her that there is the strong possibility that I would need my a/c working before summer, and that i only needed an electrical device looked at as it was obviously not turning and that it used to turn.
    She insisted they needed to look at the freon levels - I said fine look at them all you want after you replace my fan motor or figure out why the fan won't turn. She continued to insist that it was just not possible and eventually hung up on me.

    Work required removal of old patio stones,leveling of site and placement of new stones. crew was extremely polite and cooperative.
    They were flexible to changes that I suggested or wanted to do.area was left neat and clean ater yhe install.

    First, he only makes the frames for the cabinets, lead me to believe his shop was a total cabinet shop, and why would I believe differently, I was there several times going over what I wanted.  He said no problem.
    then he said he couldn't show the sink cabinet extended in his drawing, but understood.  Also, I wanted one of the cabinets to hold my microwave and even texted him on that said he would have to measure for it.  I never go that either.
    Said one week before they were to be installed that he couldn't match color from picture, the glaze and color are not what I wanted............
    then the drawer fronts and doors were made somewhere else and you can tell on the inside that they aren't made for those drawers. He used cheap gliders on the cabinets and cheap closers. Also, the cabinet doors and drawer fronts and inside of cabinets have overspray on them , he said to take a white piece of copy paper to get it off.  The clear glaze is thin on the drawers, I don't know how long that will last and also the kick plate is only half way up the cabinet base. No quarter round on the bottom of the cabinets.  You can see the nail marks in several places.  
    I paid the total amount, I should not have, I should have made them do the whole thing over.

    The 2 man crew arrived to begin the move of our mother's 2 bed, 2 bath, 1000 square foot home an hour late; said they got lost. Mom moved less than 5 miles into another small home. The movers were very inexperienced...for one man it was his first day and his brother, the other man, had been on the job for 3 weeks. They were very young men. I was quoted the price of $89.00 per hour at the time of booking. I booked this company less than 1 week before the move, over the phone. No paperwork was exchanged and I was never given an estimate of the move. We discussed what I thought it might take...2 bedroom 2 bath, into a 2 bed 2 bath...should have been NO MORE than 6 or 8 hours..therefore we were prepared to pay approximately $600.00 - $800.00. We did the packing ourselves. It took them over 7 hours to load the furniture and get it the 5 mile distanct to the new house. And, they would not have been able to accomplish loading the truck without the physical help of my sister and my husband. It would have taken them several more hours without their help. Once the movers got to the new location with the furniture loaded onto their truck we were told what the amount would be... $1700.00, which was more than double what we expected. Total shock set in...we were told, very unprofessionally, that we would pay or our 86 year old mothers things would be locked up on the truck, period. We signed, supposedly a contract, at that time.. UNDER EXTREME DURESS. I have never read a contract from this company to this day. It was now time to unload the truck at the new location.   The driver of the truck did not know how to back it through a double gate to the patio, so he just parked it in the back ally and we were going to use a dolly to move the items across the back yard and through the patio door.  Myself, my sister and my husband were invited to get in the moving truck and help the movers off load the items, which we did to move the process along more quickly. The movers were to set up 1 queen bed and 1 king bed, put the mirrors onto the dressers and place the furniture in the appropriate rooms. They could not get the washer nor dryer through the door...our contractor was onsite and he brought them into the utility room from the patio for the movers. The movers did set up 1 queen bed, but left a slat lying on a dresser in the same room. No mirrors were attached to any dressers. They set off the sofa, 2 recliners, television, misc. living room tables, dining room table and chairs, mirror to a dresser, king sized matress and box springs, some metal cabinets which were to be placed into the garage onto the ground in the back yard. They moved the truck to the front of the property at which time they unloaded 2 freezers and 1 side-by-side refrigerator freezer. Once those items were unloaded, one of the young men told me that he was going to put away the dolly and move the truck. THEY GOT INTO THEIR TRUCK AND LEFT. Furniture sitting in the back yard and all!!! We called the Tulsa office, but they were closed. By now it is 7:45pm...this move began at 9am...We spoke with someone in Dallas at the corporate office and he just said there was nothing he could do...afterall, he was in Dallas and we were in Wagoner! Therefore, myself, my sister, my husband and our contractor had to carry all of the items into the house to protect them from weather. Several days later, I was informed by the manager in Tulsa, that they charge time and a half after 8 hours...that never was mentioned before, EVER. I took pictures of the items which were left in the back yard that we had to move ourselves. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE OF A MOVE!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which has gotten us nowhere so far. Also, filed a dispute form with my mother's credit card company. We are waiting to see what happens with that.

    Called to get an idea of what it would take to remodel a shower on a house we are under contract on. Seller had used this company before and I thought it would be a good idea to try to use someone that had been out to that location previously. Lady on the phone refused to set an appointment with me and my agent to have the project estimated as we are only under contract.
    I have already had contractors out, and have already received estimates on this.
    My time is more valuable than dealing with someone who does not want my business.
