    Xtreme Fitness
Went great. I was only in town during the week for work but the gym fit my every need. The owners, Brion and Kelli were super friendly and the pricing there was way lower than some gyms that don't have the same quality of machines. I've never rated a gym experience before but this one was top-notch.

This guy was great! He was here when he said he'd be. He knew exactly what he was doing. It was a pleasure having him in our home. We were set up with him via the Nautilus company when we purchased our exercise equipment.

    The Athletic Loft
The atmosphere at the Loft is fantastic. I love the low traffic flow and overall cleanliness of the facility. The only thing that is frustrating, is that they're not staffed earlier in the day.

    Colaw Fitness
They encourage clients to have a healthy lifestyle. The more a client goes, the more affordable it is. This is exactly the opposite of competitors. They encourage a person to want to go exercise and get in shape because it even makes it financially better. They have personal trainers and employees that are on-site to assist or answer questions without making a client feel uncomfortable or inexperienced. A very professional and comfortable place to go.

She is highly qualified and experienced. She is a certified trainer. She assesses me well and helps me meet my goals. I would use her again in the future.

    Xtreme Fitness
I had been looking for a gym to join for a while, and I drove past Extreme Fitness on my way to work everyday. The facility looked bright and clean with lots of equipment from the outside, so I decided to stop in and check them out. I was immediately greeted when I entered, but not pressured. I asked about a month to month membership so I could test the gym out. They explained the different membership plans, but didn't pressure me when I said I just wanted to go month to month to start with. The sign up process only took about 15 minutes. The gym is 24 hours so they give you a key fob that gets you in after normal office hours. There is an initial fee for the fob and a one time setup fee. I think my total including the first month's membership was around $60. Monthly rates are $45, but I liked the gym so much that I signed up for the 18 month contract that runs $25 per month. The gym itself is very clean and well lit and the music playing in the background isn't too loud, which I like. There is plenty of equipment to choose from, a huge array of free weights on one side and weight machines and such on the other. There are at least two of everything, like ellipticals, stair steppers, etc. There are about six treadmills and at least as many bikes. I've never had to wait for a machine. Of course I typically go around 7 to 8 in the evening after I get off work, so I can't really speak about other times of the day. I'm sure they are probably pretty busy around noon. I've gone in the afternoons on the weekend though and still managed to use all of the equipment I wanted to. There are also televisions with personal remotes and earphone hookups for each of the treadmills and ellipticals so you can watch whatever you'd like. Typically I take my iPod and listen to music, but every once in a while I use the televisions. It's a nice feature. They also have lockers and showers which look nice, but I haven't used either since I live so close to the gym. There is also a little fenced in play area where you can leave your children while you work out. Their only rule is that children stay in the play area and that parents keep an eye on them. I think during business hours staff help out. You can see the play area from anywhere within the gym. There is also a smoothie bar that offers smoothies and weight bars. I haven't tried that yet either, but the selection seems good. I've been a member now for a little over a month and so far I would highly recommend it. It's a nice pressure free environment to work out in and there are staff to help you out if you need them. I think they are also starting to offer personal training as well.

Their wellness center is state of the art.  They have a track upstairs, lots of machines, water aerobics, pilates. I have been going there for about 5 years.  The person that I work with emails and does some really nice things and goes above and beyond.  Her name is Carrie Foster.

They have a good reputation here in the area. They are good folks. I went down and actually toured the place to see what I thought was impressed. I am watching with a personal trainer for availability and accountability and then the results that are occurring.

My contract is $40 a month. The customer service is great. The girls who work there are really nice. It's just for women only, so that's really good.
