  Quality of paint job was very good. Had used this Company several times over the years with satisfaction. This experience, however, resulted in damage to items on the property. The Company owner only agreed to fix hole in the garage ceiling put there by one of the his crew when he stepped through the drywall in the attic. The Company owner was on site inspecting the work and had come to pick up payment when the ceiling damage occurred. We were asked to trust the crew and leave them alone in garage on property (empty of furniture at that time) to repair and paint the garage ceiling that evening, which we did. Upon return to the property discovered one of the garage overhead doors had bent and creased panels on both the interior and exterior. The door no longer hung level on the rails. It became obvious on further review of the damage that a tall vehicle (there was a white panel van with materials and ladders on the property while the job was being done along with a 4x4 white pickup with oversized tires) had been pulled or backed into the garage and did not clear the door...instead caught on the door panels. We had other people on site before and after who also could tell the damage was not present before we left the property on 9-29. Called the Company owner to report the damage. He then contacted the crew leader who denied doing any damage. The owner then called us back and screamed that his crew said they were not responsible and hung up on a 75 yr old female customer. The most unprofessional display of accountability and verbal abuse by a Company owner we have ever experienced...no longer are we loyal customers nor can we recommend him any longer. Since he had already been paid, the Company owner apparently did not feel the need to even come inspect the damage himself...that would have gone a long way to at least pretend he cared about learning the facts. The door cannot be repaired. The Company owner said he had 4 crews working and that several mistakes they had recently made resulted in several free paint jobs being necessary and it had hit his bottom line hard. That should not cause a Company owner to dismiss another customer's complaint without investigation, much less scream and hang up on a customer. There are other painting contractors who provide quality work and will treat the customer's property with respect and own their mistakes. We texted and sent pictures to the Company owner expressing our frustration and disappointment and received no response. Writing this review is not being done lightly but it is the best way to share with others. UPDATE 10-9-17 Update to previous review. Received a call from Company owner. He was very apologetic about his yelling at me and said he would like to meet at job location and review the issue. This call is a very good start at working with a customer toward problem review and resolution.

  Highly recommend this company! I had the owner come out several months ago and do an estimate, which he emailed me shortly afterwards with job description details and cost. After scheduling the job, he texted me about a week ahead to let me know when he would be at my house to start work and asked if I had any questions. He and his assistant arrived on time about 8:00 am and he texted me to let me know when he was leaving for the day since we needed to be out of the house while the work was being done, which ranged from about 1:30-3:00. My house is about 1850 sq. ft. and we had him do the entire house except for three small bedroom closets and entry closet. The first day they removed popcorn and re-textured with hand troweling about half the house. The second day caulked, primed and painted those rooms. Days 3 and 4 the process was repeated for the other half of the house. Because they covered the walls and floors with plastic sheeting every morning and removed it before they left, there was virtually no mess other than a few stray "popcorn kernels" that probably escaped when they removed the plastic, which was no big deal. I did open windows and run fans to help with the odor left from re-finishing and priming/painting, but it was pretty much gone by bedtime. I also needed to move any decorations that were up high on the walls, some smaller furniture, shower rods, etc. but was able to leave the major pieces of furniture in place, as well as wall mounted tv's and drapery rods. Because they completed one half of the house before starting the other half, you could just move things from one end to the other as needed. I am very happy with how my house looks now with the popcorn texture gone and the beautiful hand troweled finish. The owner is a very nice guy and was very open to questions and concerns I had during the process.

  Requested estimates  from Sooner State since their website indicates that they handle different types of replacement windows and was interested in hearing about the pros and cons of the different types.  When the salesman arrived, it was obvious that he was only interested in selling vinyl windows.  He then acknowledged that they had merged with the local Window World franchise and was only interested in selling their window.  No need to call them if you're interested in something else.

  Very prompt and professional, did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Arrived as scheduled each day and cleaned up every day before they left. Their work is exceptional and impressive. Love how neat all the lines are where the wall meets the trim. Mike and his son were a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend the Gordon's and we will be using them again.

  When we requested bids, he was very responsive and worked with us.  His price was competitive with other bids we had.  He and his crew (2 others) were here five days which is what he estimated.  They were very professional, arrived exactly when he said they would every day. He did what he said he would do and even more to help us out.  The quality of his work was very good.  He was anxious to please and we consider him an excellent contractor.

  I called Mr.Gordon and he came out and gave us an estimate from there we set up the dates for him to start.Mike and his crew were always friendly and courteous. He takes pride in his work and it shows Mike and  his crew  laid drop cloths everywhere that they would be painting therefore no paint landed on my carpet or hardwood floors . They cleaned up after themselves and the job was  completed on time.  I would recommend them again.

  Al came to my house to see the work performed, provided a cost and time estimate a couple days later. He started on time, was very meticulous in his work. He finished on time and on budget. I have asked for additional work during projects, he has said it will cost this much money and take this much additional time and that has been accurate.

  Mr. Brian, from Brian's Painting & Remodeling and his crew were on time everyday.  The work area was always left clean with no tools left to clutter the home each evening.  The work was done quickly and efficiently.  The finished job was excellent.  They are very reliable.
