    Network Service Pro
    These guys were contracted with ATT to install new wires. They hacked up my trees and left the limbs on the ground!!! They did this all over my neighborhood. I finally worked with ATT to get them back out to pick up the limbs (it filled a pick-up truck bed), and the guy agreed to pay for an arborist to fix my trees, which looked terrible and some didn't even need to be cut. Of course they never followed through and wouldn't return my calls. Jerks!!!

    Bill is great! I bought a piano from him a few years ago and he has been taking care of me ever since. Any problem I have, Bill is there, sometimes free of charge! Excellent service and attitude. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Best pianos and tuning in the city!

    They were slow at doing the repair and I had to come back in to remind them to do the work. It was a switch replacement. When I got the lamp back the knob dropped off within 2 weeks. I took it back for it to be repaired. Now, about 6 months later the switch has gone out. Careless work and indifferent service.

    Ms. Sherry's Piano and Voice Studio
    He has been with Sherry Remy's Music Studio for almost two years. His progress has been amazing. He took lessons for two years through a local (Tulsa) music store and had teacher changes several times that really had a negative impact on his progress. I can't say enough good things about Miss Sherry. She is very, very competent, loves her students, and is a great positive influence on them above and beyond the music education. I would highly recommend Miss Sherry's studio if a parent or Grandparent is looking for a teacher to get the best out of their child.

    Miss Sherry is The Best piano teacher I have ever studied under. She is encouraging, understanding, but expects you to do your best in her studio. The most important aspect of Miss Sherry is her ability to merge the technical classical with the theory. I am most excited to know that in just a few years I will be able to sit at the piano and just play. I will be able to play my classical again, but also know my cords and scales in a way that I will be able to just play from listening to a song or reading from a cord sheet. It is already starting to make sense in just a few months. She is The Best!!!!

    Called and the guy answered gruffly mumbling something. Asked him if I'd reached a business, and he mumbled "Precision" as if HE was being put out by him not answering the phone professionally. If that's the way it is all to start, in my opinion it can only go down from there.

    Customer service was awful. Unresponsive, unprofessional. I had to get my contract sent to me numerous times before it was correct. Told them that this was our first cross country move and that we'd need lots of hand holding and advice. Getting that proved difficult. Movers who showed up in CA brought a too small truck, and took over 6 hours to load, even though we were completely packed and ready for them. They did not call to give us an ETA of their arrival time, as we were promised. I found them parked in a shopping center a few blocks from our home. Broke some items that were well packed, so I can only guess that marking "FRAGILE" on a box was meaningless. Upon arrival in Oklahoma, we thankfully had a much better team! Called when they were close by, took just over 2 hours to completely unload, and made sure that all of our inventory was present and accounted for. The team on the Oklahoma side of things is what saved them from getting a much lower rating from us. Overall, I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them based on the front-end experience.

    Install: Problem is not with the installation guys. The guys who did my install were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond. Cable Service: Problem isn���t with the cable or internet itself. Really enjoy the product and how they provide on demand, DVR, programing and voice activation for us. Customer Service: SUCKS! My issue is with COMCAST���s customer service itself and their failure to 1) communicate changes in the installation times to the customer, 2) failure to adequately compensate the customer for their (comcast) mistake, and 3) failure to communicate in-house in regards to scheduled installs and scheduling mistakes. Story: I had ordered the service online. Confirmed with a customer service representative online about the service. Then called a day later to make an adjustment to the time the installers would come because of a scheduling conflict on my end. The rep confirmed the change in the time with me and we were good to go. The evening before the install I received a call from someone at comcast to confirm that they were coming first thing in the AM. We joked about them bringing me coffee and I said I would see them in the AM. They NEVER came. I called the customer service office and they said I wasn���t scheduled for an install until the next week. I was furious. I told them someone called the day before to confirm my install and that I don���t understand why this was not in the system. They said they had no record of it and the soonest they could get to me was 2 days later. I was still furious. I asked if they could wave the install fees because they made this mistake and they said no because they made no mistake. I was even more furious. I insisted on talking to a manager who also belittled my request, ignoring their failure to communicate to each other. He then said that he would call me the day of the install to make sure it happened and then give me $50 off my install fees. He NEVER CALLED. At this point i was so furious I had no desire to talk to anyone from there and just accepted my fate. Comcast has a great product but if they continue to fail in all this horrible customer service people will not see their service. This is not the first person this has happened too in my family.
