FRoto-RooterI have retained the services of Roto Rooter of Tulsa ("RRT") on eight (8) plus occasions for the same issue regarding our laundry waste return spewing water/gunk into our garage (wherein the return is located); these visits occurring over a four (4) plus year period. In total, these visits and alleged fixes have cost me nearly $1,500 with this issue has no end in sight. At this point, I can only presume one of the following is factual: a) RRT employs subpar plumbing professionals, incapable of accurately diagnosing/fixing a plumbing issue and are not willing to go the extra mile (at no time did any technician deem it necessary to inspect the physical pipes and check the plumbing accessible by way of our crawl space) OR b) RRT has intentionally and knowingly not fully fixed this issue, in an effort to ensure follow-up business because they found a "sucker" (NOTE: I am in no way making this claim at present; however, when reviewing the facts of this issue, I feel this possibility certainly warrants further consideration.). To-wit: when I spoke to a manager at RRT on Wednesday, 11/20/19, I was reassured technicians would be out the following day, at no cost. The next afternoon upon tech. arrival, I was required to call the same manager yet again to confirm no cost due after being told I would be required to pay X dollars. Afterwards, the techs located the heretofore unknown location of the main-line clean out; I was then told they were replacing the lid of the clean-out. At no time was I given an option of "lids," they just used the more expensive option and told me it was definitely the best choice after the fact. This was NOT a covered cost of this visit, I was told. A minimal cost to be sure, but it just adds to the continuing tally paid by me in favor of RRT! After cleaning the main-line (which had no relation to the laundry back up, per the techs), a snake was used to clean out the why line from the laundry return in the garage (where the backup occurred) out through and to the main-line. I was told the issue should be quelled for the time being (and it was implied that I SHOULD have been charged for the snaking of that particular drain; I guess I am just lucky! Free plumbing!). This was Wednesday, 11/20. The following Sunday, 11/24, I ran one load of laundry, and the garage was once again flooded. Not one thing has been fixed (garage has flooded each and every single time the wash has been run since, up to yesterday 12/08/19.) Now, I certainly hope that option B as laid out above is not what has occurred here. The manager I spoke to attempted to come back out for another look at no charge; I told him that in no way would I allow RRT back in my home for further work. To supplement all claims made above, I am in possession of all statements reflective of dates/technician name/service performed/cost paid. In closing, I am in no way attempting to receive something for free. I am just a customer that has spent countless hours, far too much money, and provided markedly more patience than should be expected for a final fix of an issue that has been plaguing my home since 2015. For reference, the picture attached hereto is indicitive of the issue that has been occurring the past 4+ years. It was taken the afternoon of 12/08/2019 after running exactly one (1) load of laundry. This is the issue that has been "fixed" eight-plus times.- AT R.

BOutstanding Plumbing LLCVery happy with results. Thought cost was slightly high. One sink took one hour. ($220) Second sink and toilets took a little longer ($300) but they came out same day I called once I had the right number. Had called first number on the card twice and sent one text message with no response over about five days. Called second number and reached him immediately.- Cynthia M.

ATulsa Quality FoundationHenry Long and his crew (Robert, Bubby) showed up on time, every time. They worked hard and were efficient. All digging was by hand because Henry did not want heavy equipment on my lawn or to increase the risk of breaking existing irrigation pipes. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and when the job was finished. Henry was very conscientious about making sure that we, the clients, were satisfied. Henry was somewhat expensive, but the reason is as just explained and they do not "cut corners".- Elmus B.

ATed the PlumberIt was great working with Ted. I have an investment property in Tulsa and have a renter living in it. All my dealings with Ted had to be long distance since I live out of state. I was able to email Ted through Angie's list. He was able to come out to the property and fix the problem. Using Angie's list was a great asset. I had called other plumbers in Tulsa and no one wanted to deal with the me since I was out of state. Ted charges a flat rate for his services and with his special his price was perfect.- Ellen H.

AOne Way PlumbingA few minutes late, but I requested a call prior to their arrival, so I wasn't wasting time waiting for their arrival. The problem was quickly diagnosed. I was disappointed that they didn't have the part in their van, but I honestly don't know if it is reasonable to expect them to have it on hand. The longest part of the job was waiting for them to go to the supply store. I didn't get quotes on price, so I don't have anything to compare their cost to. I'm cheap generally, so a "fair" rating for cost isn't necessarily bad! My toilet has been working well, so I'm happy!- Alice H.

ADunRite PlumbingI was referred to Dan (DunRite) when I was having trouble with my warranty companies plumber they were making bad decisions. DunRite replaced about 30 ft of sewer line in my backyard and went above beyond fixing my problem, to include fixing the last companies mistakes. Most recently I had a blockage and they came out next day and fixed the problem, Dan the owner could tell I was having a bad day and said" this ones on me". Companies just don"t operate like this anymore. DunRite is a class act, call them if you need a Plumber is the Tulsa area.- Joseph L.

AOne Way PlumbingIt went well. A friend recommended her plumber but after several calls he didn't call back. So I saw reviews for One Way Plumbing on Angie's List and gave them a call. Chad called back promptly and and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Michael and Logan arrived promptly and did the work in a timely manner. They did a good job and I would hire in the future.- Nancy S.
