    I have to purchase compounding medicine for my feline that is not typically available through the vet.  I thought that this was the only compounding pharmacy in Tulsa, thus I had no choice since I did not hear about any competitors.  Anyways, I went in to pick up the medicine for my feline only to be treated with such lousy customer service from their clerk, Breann.   I sent them an email on their website advising of my concerns with her, but I never received a follow up or response from anyone. 

    Today (7-14-15) someone mentioned a competitor so I gave them a call.  They wanted a 1/3 of what the Apothecary Shoppe charged me for the medicine, and they offer free delivery.   I called them, and they were very helpful even advising that they would handle everything and call me to let me know when the medicine would be ready.  So far so good on the customer service.

    I chose them because it's convenient. The technicians and pharmacists are all very good. I have been going to them forever. Jane is the pharmacy staff, and she takes care of us. We would definitely use them again in the future.

    For pharmacies I use Walgreens and this one is 81st on Yale. There is one in every 2 miles. The staff is courteous. The prescriptions are always ready. They are prompt with their service. The wait times are very short. For price they are competitive. I don't like any of the prices on drugs these days but they are competitive.

    This is a good 24 hour pharmacy. I have never had to wait long for prescriptions and have always received correct medications. The staff is friendly and answers any questions I have. I always feel safe at this pharmacy. It is easy to find and easy to get in and out of. Service is much faster if you do not use the drive-thru.

    A compliment to the pharmacist! I was headed out of town for a weeklong business trip and had called in a refill using the automated service. When I picked up my medicine - late on a Friday afternoon - I was told that there was a problem refilling the prescription. I was one day late picking up my prescription and, though I'd called in the prescription before the refill expiration, I was picking it up after it had expired and that I'd have to call my doctor's office for a new prescription. My doctor's office was closed until Monday, I was leaving on a trip the next day and I was out of medicine! The pharmacy tech got the pharmacist without me having to ask, the pharmacist said that they could certainly "loan" me enough to last the week and would have a new prescription waiting for me when I got back after I'd contacted my doctor "from the road." Now THAT's service!

    It is closest to home. They have been pretty good. They are busy so we have to wait sometime but they have always been good to us. We use them the most because they are close to home and we have not used too many others. They do their best; they are busy but it is not their fault. It seems like there is always somebody in line. They take care of us. Their price is good; we usually get the discount of $4 for the generic stuff so we can't beat the price. Their communication is good. They call us when the prescription is ready. We would continue to go there in the future.

    It is a little local pharmacy and they do compounding so they can do things that some competitors can't do. I have used them for several years. They sell a lot of home healthcare products too and have been here for a long time; they are kind of an old fashioned pharmacy and are great. I will use them again in the future.

    My experience with them has been wonderful. The staff is super friendly. They research in finding ways to save money for me. I am currently a graduate student and I have my internship right now. They saved on my prescriptions. There was one prescription that was going to cost about $120 because it wasn’t covered under my insurance. Then they were able to find another company that would cover me and they brought it down to $12. I very much appreciated them. They are very accommodating. The only problem I had was trying to get prescriptions refilled through the fax system, but that wasn’t their fault. It was from a different doctor of mine.

    They are excellent. I assume that all branches are similar and the branch that I go to will call your doctor to try to get you a cheaper prescription if the one you have is too expensive. They help you and they know that doctors get coupons that could give you a break on your medication.

    They are always open. They were open even on Thanksgiving Day, as my wife needed some medicines since she is pregnant and she wasn't feeling very good. It's easy to get in and out. They also call up when the prescriptions are ready. I would continue to use their services in the future too.
