CLEGACY HOMESTerrible Home Builder, After the build began and the Contractor realized he was not going to make any extras "change orders" the relationship and the build went south. I feel that if I would have been a naive customer the build would have went smoother. I lived on site of the build in an RV and watched the construction crew. I seen drug deals go down in my driveway weekly, drunk and hungover workers that would pass out in their vehicles, drug paraphernalia left on the job site. The wrap around porches were built a foot to short from the plans and when i asked why the response was "this is how I build all my homes with porches" Drywall was mudded on a 20 degree day with no heat left in structure so all drywall seams have cracked, Interior paint was mixed as flat and semi gloss so has bad streaks throughout the home. Concrete that was poured around porches slopes back towards the house so if rain is windblown it puddles rather than running off. ARise RoofingRise Roofing called within minutes of my Angie’s list search for a roofing company and came that day to inspect the storm damage to my roof. They also came back to assist with the insurance inspections. Rise Roofing re-roofed and fixed my crumbing chimney the next day. Additionally, I have an older home and did not have attic vents. They installed ten attic vents in the roof, for no charge. Their assessment of the damage was honest and straight forward. Their work was excellent. They are also a contracting company, so they can fix just about anything that needs fixing around your home.- Matt N.

AGoodman & Associates LLCMike’s crew did a great job. They had to tear off several layers of previous roofing, including huge nails, probably from the original roof and install new decking. It was a big job but they were still fast while! Another contractor even noticed the great quality of the crew’s work and remarked how hard it is to find roofing companies who do things the RIGHT way. AThis was a big undertaking including reconfiguring vaulted ceilings and removing walls as well as a large brick fireplace to make our living kitchen area one big open space. We could not be more pleased with the results. We now have a big open area where all the family can gather. We have beautiful custom cabinets, a large island with plenty of storage, and granite countertops. Reynolds listened to what we wanted, was always available to answer any questions, and made sure at every step we knew what was happening and how things were going.

AWithin days of contacting Raam with RDA Remodeling in Tulsa, OK, regarding extensive remodeling of our guest and master bathrooms, we received a detailed estimate based on our statement of work and physical walk through. The work estimate and detail was accurate and Raam quickly turned around requested changes. The cost estimate was comparable to other estimates we received. The walk through was thorough and Raam provided many design and repair suggestions that we had not thought of. Raam has a high level of knowledge in bathroom design and remodeling. Within a week the RDA Remodeling team started the demolition. The team tarps all adjoining areas and furniture and covers the major pathways with wide, heavyweight paper. They are very tidy with the work and ensure everything is cleaned up at the end of the day. The demolition work was completed as scheduled and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away as expected. In addition to the standard demolition, there was mold in the master bathroom wall that RDA cleaned out and remediated. The demolition included removing lights, toilets, tile, shower bulkhead, vanity, existing shower fixtures, shower enclosures, and tub surrounds. This work was performed at a high level. The team went on to complete the work required to remodel the two bathrooms; including,!framing showers and tub, upgrading old plumbing to PEX, tile floors, tile, showers, tile walls, tile tub surround, add lighting, updating electrical sockets, remodeling wallpaper and painting, replacing drywall, installing exhaust fans, installing sinks, installing shower kits and pans, installing toilets, installing folding shower seats, building a pony wall, and installing a barn door. The RDA team was on time everyday and worked a full day. The RDA project manager and foreman were knowledgeable on work sequencing and efficiently and effectively lead their team to perform quality work. The work was scheduled progressively with no discernible gaps or lags. We were super happy with the quality of our bathroom remodels and recommend RDA Remodeling to you for yours.
