Our basement is dry! We have a been having lot of water in our basement every time it rained. Thanks to the great work of Guy de Verges & Associates and despite the ongoing deluge this weekend, there is no water in our basement. Had a great experience with this company in the past. However, with that being said I am flabbergasted by what happened the last time they were out here. We called to have him come out and clear our drains from all of the past rain and debris that clogged up in the pipes. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Drainage debris removal and A/C minor repair (which he brought someone to do). UPDATE:Per my last review of this company I was dissatisfied. However, after speaking to the owner the problem has been resolved to my satisfaction as there was a misunderstanding between the company and myself. Mr. De Verge handled my complaint in a professional manner and offered to make it right. I appreciate his professionalism and attentiveness to the issue. Because he was so forthcoming I/we will definitely use his services again if we have any waterproofing needs for our water problem in the basement.
