Auto Service reviews in Tulsa

They do excellent work. They have trained Lexus technicians. That's why I go there. Its less expensive than taking my Lexus to the dealership. Since I've moved from the area I still continue to drive over 100 miles to them. I still take my car in for an oil change and general service because of their quality work and excellent customer service.

    BMW Tulsa
Bought a 2019 BMW X3 40. WOW. Been our dealer for 10 years. Our original saleman Sammy retired and started working with new staff on a recent car purchase. Greating was friendly, test drive as casual, sales process smooth with one mutual misunderstanding but resolution is where we all shine-kudos. Anyhow these cars cost a little more but BMW owners want something different I suppose. Regular people who give up one thing to obtain a nice driving experience. A matter of preference. JD was our salesman and he was very pleasant to work with. They know how to take what is usually not pleasant and make it a matter of fact car buying experience. No drama, let's work the deal with the terms you desire=purchase, lease etc. Business office is efficient and friendly, delivery is by well trained folks who know BMW tech. Still free maintenance for 3 years along with loaner cars. All in all a business you should be comfortable working with.

    Urban Auto Lawn Repair
Excellent. FYI Had an O2 Sensor replaced by a Hyundai dealer and the engine light came back on faster than a speeding bullet. Took to auto parts store for diagnosis...said was O2 sensor. Took to another mechanic quoted high amount to replace 1 sensor. Found Urban Auto, took the car there, they diagnosed the issue, need upper & lower sensors, price very fair, had them do the work...engine light off. Sold the car that had the the issue, as had it for 11 years. Plan to take current car in for maintenance service. These guys are cool:-)

    Urban Auto Lawn Repair
Excellent. FYI Had issues with engine light in this car for over a year. First had taken the car to Hyundai dealer, they replaced O@ sensor, engine light came on within days. Took car to auto parts store, they did free diagnostic, said was O@ sensor. Took to another repair shop quoted a lot to replace 1 sensor. Found Urban Auto. They diagnosed the issue, replaced upper & lower sensors, for a more reasonable sum, and the issue was fixed...engine light did not come on again. Since sold this car, as I had it 11 years. Getting ready to take my new car, 2010 C300 for maintenance/service. I trust them.

Half the price as safelite. Know upfront there is a 3% fee for using credit cards. I wasnt told upfront but it only amounted to about $4 so just a very very minor issue but I would use again. Excellent price and product.

Very badly. I had heard from a few people that this auto shop specializes in early Ford Broncos. That is probably true. Here is what went right: 1. My Bronco now has power steering that works and power brakes that work. So I think they installed the parts correctly. Here is what went wrong: 1. They quoted $1600 - $2,000 to perform all of the work. At the end of the day, they charged me more than their own high end estimate because "I didn't provide brake or power steering fluid". There was never an explanation of why they charged the high end (and more) of their own estimate range to begin with. 2. They called me and told me my Bronco was ready to pick up. When I got there, my Bronco was not even close to ready. Not by a long shot. They then demanded a down payment, which had never been discussed before. The down payment they demanded was $1,000. So they tricked me into coming to their shop by telling me the car was ready just to get $1,000 out of me. I guess they needed walking around money for the upcoming weekend or something. I didn't feel as though I was in a position to tell them to pound rocks, because my Bronco was sitting in their shop not put together. Additionally, their credit card machine was magically down, so the $1,000 had to be cash. I considered having my car towed out of there immediately, but against my better judgment, I paid the "down payment" as they demanded. So I wasted an hour of my day to pick up a car that wasn't ready and I was out $1,000. 3. The next week I received a call that the car was ready to pick up. I asked if it was really ready this time and they said yes. When I got there, the car was not ready. They were still working on it. After they finished, and after I got the pleasure of wasting more of my time while they finished working on it, it was ready for me to test drive. Well, they had reversed the transmission rods and my three on the tree transmission was not functioning. So then I got the pleasure of waiting around while they fixed that. So what that means is that they installed power steering, power brakes and a complete suspension rebuild and not once test drove it. If they had, they would have realized they screwed up the transmission. Remember, they are early Bronco experts.

    EcoGreen Mobile Detailing, LLC
AMAZING! From scheduling to finished service - this company is top notch. Excellent at communication as well. I purchased the medium deluxe interior service for my small SUV that was (I'm embarrassed to admit) fairly trashed due to my very hairy, constantly shedding (and drooling) shepherd and my typically messy 4 year old. (I can't lie - I've definitely spilled my share of coffee in the car too.) My service included the "deep clean/condition leather" option, and my seats now look brand new. I ended up tacking on the basic exterior option, so my entire car got the VIP treatment. Well worth it. Highly recommend this company!

This started off pretty well. I called them and asked them if they would fix my vehicle and they told me they would gladly accept it and even gave me a loaner car. They repaired my vehicle and then called me when it was ready. I came and paid them then left with my vehicle. Now keep in mind for insurance purposes I always record everything about my vehicle Pryor two a handoff to a repair place. Well later on after I got my vehicle back I noticed that my rearview mirror was just dangling. As I investigated I seen that the box that holds my mirror on had been pried open and my mirror was left broken. Also my back seat which had stuff in it was cleared off completely. That part could have been argued as a necessity on their end but clearly not the broken mirror. I went back up to the place to ask them what had happened and they simply told me that they didn't touch it. I informed them of my video that clearly shows that everything was fine before I gave it to them and even after talking with their management they came back to telling me that there's nothing they're going to do about it. As an overall experience I thought they did well but just for the simple fact that if I take my vehicle to this place there's a potential for someone to either break or take something from the vehicle. I would not recommend this place as they seem to not be able to be trusted.

They're so expensive. They do a good job. Be prepared to pay. They are good about explaining things. They are quick to respond, you will pay dealership prices but they will get it done to factory specs.

Poor customer service. Totally acted as if they did not want the job. (Too small?) Did not return phone calls--even when they advised someone would be calling me to schedule. Everyone I spoke to had no idea there any kind of a deal with Angie's List which contributed to the lack of response: "I will need to call my boss and I will call you right back" -this was on Friday no phone call and on Monday afternoon I called them. The installer was prompt-job seems to be well done. Sprayed too much water on my wall paper in my opinion.
