    South County Animal Hospital
They scheduled me in the wrong clinic, so they pushed the surgery to the next day. Not a big issue, but because of it, they rushed the surgery and prepped and CUT THE WRONG LEG. In telling me about it, I was told there was a "minor hiccup" and that an incision was made, but they realized their mistake before surgery was preformed. I come to pick her up and there is a huge surgery cut all the way down both legs with the wrong leg one being deeper and poorly sutured together. Then I got the surgery note back where they called me rude and said that "people make mistakes" Had this mistake been made in a human patient there would have been a malpractice lawsuit at hand.

I only recommend Dr. Rick to my family and friends. If you consider your pet a member of your family, that's where you should take your pet for treatment!

    Fort Smith Veterinary Clinic
The veterinarian seemed very knowledgeable. My pet is elderly and he didn’t dash her hope but said that surgery was probably not an option. He didn’t make me feel like he is doing to get your money. He just said that he won’t do the surgery and said that it was probably not the best way for the pet. He was good and honest.

They are great about working with us on the price. They performed the operation on my two dogs and kept them over night for only $60 a piece.

No waiting on this day. The office staff and vet are always friendly and knowledgable. They keep great records. They do not try and sell you products or services you don't need.

They do surgery there too. I had the animals fixed and the animals stayed there. They are good and I don’t have any complaints. I have never been to another vet to tell about the price but they seem to be pretty normal. Taking your animals in is never real cheap but they don’t seem to be any more expensive than anybody else.

I like them a lot. I have multiple dogs. I have one that has a lot of health issues, and they have always treated me fairly and reasonably. They are really good, compassionate, and very reasonably priced. The price depends on what I am picking up and what I am having done. My average bill would probably be a $100 because every four months I have to buy medicine for one dog that is quite expensive. They are wonderful people. I highly recommend them.

Worth every penny. I have been taking all my dogs here since they were puppies. I had a Lhasa Apso and she went once a week until she was 10 years old and then went monthly for a puppy cut until she died at 15 years. Same thing with my Shih Tzu. She went weekly until she was 10 and then monthly for a puppy cut until she died at 12 years. I now have another Shih Tzu puppy who goes biweekly, but am changing her to weekly because she likes being out in the yard most of the time. I only have one dog at a time so I have been with them for over 27 years. Their groomers have always treated all of my girls with love and respect or I would have left a long time ago. I mean, who would shell out that kind of money to a business that didn't do the job right. My first Shih Tzu, Smudge, was quite a handful, but they always did their best while having to dodge her biting. They never gave up on her. Kris and the other ladies have always been so helpful and my puppies have attended training classes (although Smudge never took to any training I tried).

Arpund 1990 I had a show quality Pembroke Welsh Corgi that went down in the back with hip dysplasia. One vet had recommended very, very expensive surgery or to "put him down". P J put him on GlycoFlex, a natural treatment and within 72 hours the dog was up chasing squirrels. I don't know how many dogs she has spayed or neutered. There is nothing negative I can say about Dr. Broadfoot or the clinic.

It's a fair price no matter what. They give plenty of time for your animals. They care about you and your animals. They give you time. You have to wait a little bit because they're not just sending animals through just to get more bucks per day. They're actually doctors who care about the animals. These guys are top-notch vets.
