    I like them. I don't have any problems with them, no issues. They've been very, very good. I like their service. They do a great job. I have no complaints. I can pull in there anytime and get in. I'm usually there maybe every three to six months either getting my tires rotated, oil changed, something checked out that kind of thing. I don't feel they're ever price gouging me or anything, it's always fair. They're busy sometimes and can't get to you right away, which really isn't anybody's fault. I can't hold that against them because I don't have an appointment or anything, I just drive in there. It's my fault, I don't have an appointment, I just pop in there.

    I thought their charges are reasonable. They wanted to talk about alternatives, and they seemed honest and straightforward. I took my wife's car there one time, and it took them quite longer than expected to get it done. I had a little difficulty with that, otherwise the quality of work has been good.

    The car was in a minor parking lot accident here, and I had a local place repair it, and as part of that, they noticed that the air bag had not deployed, and that was caused by a defective cable for the air bag. They had that done as part of the process. That was done by the local Toyota dealership, they also did some other suspension work for which they had the expertise. That was all done without problems. Then more recently I got a recall for the cable which was problematic, I took it back to the dealership and said that the cable had been replaced about a year and half ago, and can we verify that it had been replaced rather than having to do it again. They said that the only thing that could be done was to replace it. This seemed uneconomical to me. I was dissatisfied with the fact that something was being replaced and did not need to be replaced.

    Carlile is a great local company. Honest and reasonable. Wife's serpentine belt went out while running errands and I wasn't available to help. Called Carlile and not only did they send out someone to get her to the shop the repairs were quick and reasonable, she was back on the road in less than an hour from breakdown. Also having transmission issues and they took a look and did some diagnosis free of charge. Has no problem helping customers work through small problems on their own instead of pushing you to bring it in so they can charge more.

    They were awesome. I happened to call them and the gentleman was so nice. He came over immediately, got my suitcases and took me to my hotel. He unloaded my suitcase for me and made sure everything was okay before he left with my car. He was very reasonable and I was very pleased with them. It was my first day on the job and they made a very good impression. I thought the price was very reasonable considering he had to tow me out of a busy intersection. The gentleman was extremely professional and went above and beyond. I would recommend him.

    These folks do good work for a fair price. This time it took much longer than anticipated to make the repair. They tried to pass the cost on to me which is unacceptable. They did not want to stand by the original price. I can't imagine they would ever charge me less if it took less time than anticipated. Used to be a satisfied customer but won't go back after this experience.

    Replaced radiator, filled the transmission, checked for damage to transmission. Service was fast and friendly.
    It took a day longer than expected but they waited until 6 for me to come pick up my vehicle on Friday evening.

    They met me at the door with floor mats and seat covers. I was a day early for my appointment but they took my car and finished it that day! They listened to my concerns and my car is now running well!

    The seats were stained, there was dirt in the back seat, and Arvin asked me if he had used his car to haul stuff. It was that dirty. He brought me home (after a quick stop at Walmart where he waited for me) then picked me up about 4 hours later. The seats were stain-free and the car looked like new. I was extremely pleased with the finished result. I would use him again.
