    GreenPro LLC
Green Pro does a fantastic job! We live on 5 acres and they treat the front and back yard. Even with all of the weeds from the surrounding land they manage to keep the yard weed free. Dakota and Matt are extremely friendly and respectful, always show up when they say they will, and are always quick to reply to a phone call or text. We have been Green Pro customers for a couple of years and have no intention of changing to anyone else. You won't be disappointed!

    Risher's Cleaning & Handymen
    HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER.
    1. I was told all along that there would be only one person coming out and that they could do these 3 jobs in four hours.
    2. When the the person called for directions, gave his name and said would be out shortly.
    3. Only one person came to the door.
    4. Squeaky Clean was only at my house for 3.5 hours.
    5. After 3.5 hours, the person asked me if Jackie had told me about the additional moneys I owed. I said no, what for? I was a 2nd person assisting and he was loading up the truck-with what I am not sure since the work involved a saw which the one person still had, a screw driver and a wrench for the bolts.. W. said how does $100 sound. I said ok, and went to get the money.
    6. My housekeeper came in and said she was told to tell me that squeaky clean said I needed to pay $200 not $100.
    7. I walked out and said there was no way I was paying $200 and was told the price would be $165 for the 2nd person (who I never saw) so I gave him the money and was given no receipt.
    The 'work' that was done was very bad, and not only do I have to take it out and replace it with good materials, my 76 year old neighbor will be coming over tomorrow to fix it correctly because;
    1. The gutter down spout had been pulled away from the wall at a 35 degree angle and crimped into the rain barrel-I do not know what happened to the elbow downspouts that were on the gutter. All that needed done was for the drain from the guttering cut and the elbow on the down spout put on the ends so it would drain into the rain barrels. Further, they were put on the same wall of the house rather than on the two walls that needed the rain barrels. further they said parts of one rain barrel was missing so they left the holes (i sealed them with duct tape after they left.
I have now spent $42 to order the elbow and guttering needed to fix the problem. Once they arrive, my housekeeper will be cutting the guttering and putting the new elbows on so they drain properly into the rain barrel.
    2. As for the sunset awning, to start with it was put on the wrong wall. Consequently, the awning could not be fully extended so the bar that would hold the awning in place when it was fully extended was left off so and the side panels were not put on making it very unstable. Further, rather than bolting the post receptor into the deck, it was put into the wall so that you have to step over it about 2 feet +. There is a ramp on that porch so that when I am in my wheel chair I can get in and out of the house. When my house keeper questioned about this, she was told all you have to do is roll the awning up so it is flush against the house and then you could get out the door and off the porch. Incredibly bad job.
After, they left my housekeeper and I pulled the posts out of the receptors and sized them correctly so they could sit flush against the wall and outside of the deck so we could get in and out of the house. My 76 year old neighbor will be over tomorrow so we can take the bolts off of the receptors and rebolt them into the deck. Further, my neighbor and housekeeper will probably take the awning down and put it on the proper wall, bolt the post receptors into the deck and put up the metal ceiling for the awning to rest against so that it will be stable and put up the side screen panels.
My house keeper told me that the only time the 2nd person was out of the truck was to help put up the awning and that the main person was on the phone quite a bit discussing the other 6 jobs he was going to do that day.
So, essentially, this provider did not follow the requirements of the Angie's list contract of negotiating any extra money and telling the person up front rather than demand more money after doing the 'work' that I must pay more for.  Demanded more money without providing a receipt (good thing I have an eye witness) is also in violation with Angie list rules.
Now I have to pay additional money to purchase replacement materials that were ruined by this provider as well as about $700 worth of my own materials that they took away when they left (including two gutter elbows with brackets, two screen bars, and two screens), and pay someone else to redo the work. I am a home bound disabled widow and this mistreatment is not appreciated and causes great stress.
But whether the customer is disabled or not, apparently this provider is into fleecing the customer with their bait and switch tactics, How could anyone do 6 4 hour jobs in one day-well, just waiting for Jackie 'the owner" to tell the customers that they must pay twice as much for poor quality work in the name of money.
The next day my neighbor went out with me and we then found out that the that not only did they mess up my home but they stole the items that I needed to fix what they messed up!! They were only here for 3 hours instead of 6. When my house keeper asked to talk to the manager. He would not let me and the manager talk to her. The manager said she saw nothing wrong. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

    BIG TREE LANDSCAPING
I contacted Big Tree Landscaping to install a new sprinkler system.  They were significantly cheaper than another bid that I got from another company, and Jason (the owner) seemed very professional. He informed me the job would only take three days. His three day job turned into three weeks. After the installation was completed, I had to call him back several times to fix his mistakes. I now have a sprinkler system with exposed PVC, poorly installed junction boxes and a broken sprinkler head, and I cannot get Jason to come fix the problems he created. On the latest incident of exposed PVC, when I called Jason to come check out the issue, he was not returning my calls, but then I was finally able to get him to answer the phone, he promised to come out later in the week. He has not shown up to check out the latest reported issue, and now will not return any of my phone calls.

I would not recommend him, regardless of his price. He apparently does not back up his service/work. Just poorly installs the product, takes your money & then deserts you.

    Custom Landscaping & Tree Care
I was very pleased with this company. I got a prompt response to my phone inquiry when I left a voice message. Then the owner came out and gave me a estimate that was really reasonable. I was told that it would take 8 hours and he gave me quotes with lots of discounts added on. A team of 4 arrived 15 late from the time of their estimated arrival and took a 45 min lunch. I thought I would have to pay for that hour but No ...they stayed an extra hour to give me my full money's worth. Hooray. I have found someone who cares! They made my yard look beautiful. I am having them come back to do an additional area soon. Definitely am recommending them to my friend

    Circle Services
It went well.  Unfortunately what ended up being the smaller job apparently fell below the level of interest for them as it took multiple calls to get them to finish this piece, and what was done was 1/2 what we asked for.  Fortunately, the man doing the work on this portion recognized this and only charged us half.

Again, work on the pond was excellent, this is an area they have much experience in and the work showed it.  Later, by coincidence, someone else who does similar work guessed what he would have charged - and got it exactly, making me feel better about the amount of money spent.

    Green Country Yard Scape
He did a fabulous job because a lot of trees had died from the horrible winter. They are so good. We had estimates for $5-6,000. He said that he got a good deal on the trees and he passed it on to me. He is actually a fireman and he just opened a landscaping business. We've had a drought this summer and we've had 7 or 8 more trees die but they are not the trees he put in. Those trees look wonderful. He is coming back the beginning of September to give me an estimate for some more trees. The price was unbelievable for the trees we got and the service we got. He also dug out all the big old trees. They did the work all in one day. They worked like a 12-hour day, which was pretty cool.

    Tulsa Tree and Landscape
Called them early June, it took two weeks to get an estimate. A contract was written, a $350 deposit was made. Then the 'fun' began. No communication, we had to chase them over and over to get a response to our requests to get scheduled. Finally we got a committment for the work to be done July 14th.

Having some level of mistrust already, we began calling and emailing earlier that week to get a confirmation we were still on the schedule. No responses were made until the day the work was to be done, then the owner called. Indeed, we were not on the schedule. Worse, the guy we worked with was no longer with the company and no records could be found of our invoice. (Our check had cleared weeks earlier, no problems there)

Today, July 15, the owner Jamin Johnson came to the house. He still hadn't found a copy of the contract to work from, and no they couldn't get us on the schedule until the following week. I asked to take a quick walk around the job site when the 'fun' began again. Back in June we had requested that landscaping fabric be used when reworking the flower beds. Jamin immediately tried to talk me out of using it. He also said the plants they recommended might not survive in this heat. After some further conversation, Jamin told me the original bid was very short on the amount of mulch required to complete the job. When I balked at the additional expense over and above the original contract, I was told he "was in business to make money" and that he couldn't give away mulch or labor. He said I was "kicking a dead horse" by pointing out his ex employee had bid, written and accepted a deposit for completion of the job. I of course felt the dead horse being kicked was ME.

While we understand someone he hired had possibly made a mistake, that bid was now contractual and Tulsa Tree and Landscape should do their best to come to a mutually acceptable resolution. I tried a couple times to get him to meet me half way with a discount on the additional mulch or labor, he was unwilling to consider it. I asked for and received a refund of our deposit after wasting six weeks.

Now other landscapers are booked until end of summer...

    Dreamscapes Hardscape/Landscape
Serge was professional and kind to our family. He provided us with a plan and vision of what he would do. He completed the project and he exceeded our expectations. The pergola and rock bench/fire pit were beautifully done. He cares about his work and satisfied our needs. We were so happy we chose him and would recommend him to anyone.

    Ryan Lawn and Tree
Jorge and Jose were on time each of the three needed service appointments. Besides being on time and dressed in their work uniforms, they were courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. Bids were carefully prepared and explained and the work was completed on schedule. Some of the work involved troubleshooting to find the right solution and they logically and efficiently progressed through the options until the problem was isolated and fixed. Everything works perfectly and I have and will recommend Reid Irrigation again. Added bonus is their dispatcher/accountant, Marge is almost always available and when not, diligent about quickly returning phone calls.
