    Our heater went out in the house during a cold snap. Called around and no one could get to me same day. Gober Heat and Air was the exception. They understood how critical heat was with children in the home and got someone out to us quickly. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up everything, and it did not cost us nearly what I was expecting for such quick service. They got the heater working again and we have had no problems since they came and fixed it. I would highly recommend their services for any work on HVAC and when it is time to replace my HVAC system, I will only use this company for the work.

    They came out once to add freon to my very old system. They encouraged me to replace it and I knew it needed it but we decided to wait. A couple months later, they called with a great deal and we decided to go for it. They came out the next day! The guys were efficient and thorough. The new system has been in place for three months now and I am very pleased with their work and my new system.

    Bad. After two trips, the leak couldn't be found. Paid for two trips even though I probably should have only paid for one. Spent a bunch of money and had absolutely nothing to show for it after this. Two other servicemen came by after this and found the leak within 30 minutes or so. Their assessment of leak location was the same, even though they didn't know what the other had found.

    Poorly. The company is less than ten minutes from our home. Communication was difficult due to several factors - the attitude of the Secretary and getting them to return calls. Our home had been owned by a family that highly recommended the use of this company. The first year they did maintenance on our system without incident. When it came to doing manor work they were costly, lacked necessary expertise on the type of repairs needed and although they guaranteed their work they demanded payment within 3 days on shoddy work. The repair cost several thousand dollars and accomplished nothing. We had to get a different company to do the repairs. We will NEVER use this company again.

    That would have been August 15th. They had to pay for freon, it would have been $900 total. They did everything they said they were going to do. I mean, the freon wasn’t included and I knew that. That’s why I changed warranties. One that went with it. I would use them again, I mean they didn’t do anything, they were honest.

    I have a home warranty, so I use whoever they give me. They?re out of Oklahoma City. It was January 19th. It fell and made a real loud sound. So, they didn?t have to put any new parts in it, they just had to realign the blower inside the heating unit. I only pay $100, I don?t know what it would have cost, because I have that home warranty.

    They were awesome. They came out quickly, found the problem, didn?t lie, cause you never know with people. They were honest. I only paid the deductible, so I don?t know how fair that is. I would use them again, I mean, I hope I can, cause I changed home warranties.

    They have been fantastic to us. They went to court with us to show what a previous contractor did and didn't do. They did everything. They went above and beyond. They got eight people out and told them that we needed to get in our house. They have made sure that we are safe and OK. They made things right without charging.

    The first warranty claim that we called in was on our oven that was not working properly. After a very strange experience with the repair man and after them shipping a part off to be repaired and finally 6 weeks later getting it back and it still not working, then they had to replace the over. total time was almost 3 months. 3 Months without an oven.
    Second issue was a faucet which they denied service on.
    Third issue was a stopped up drain which the first guy that they sent couldn't fix... Nor the second guy and then they just gave up on it. 
    Fourth issue was a faulty bathroom heater/exhaust fan. Called in a claim and after 2 weeks of not hearing from anyone I called back. They did no follow up and made no attempt to resolve. Assigned it to a new company who never replied and American home shield never followed up.
    And then they keep calling me wanting me to renew my policy...

    Technician gave a quick inspection, put in more freon, and said compressor was worn out. The "fix" didn't work. After a second contact we were told there was nothing else that could be done. Another company quickly found the simple problem and fixed it. The unit also did not need freon. It was over-filled by the amount that was added.

    Mr Watkins was quick to provide the services we arranged for.  He has a nice office and warehouse and his office staff was polite and helpful.  The crew that worked on the house showed a different attitude. Whenever we came into contact with them they were not friendly and rude.  They walked through the dirt in the yard coming into the house instead of using the drive way and side walk.  After the work was completed Mr. Watkinscame into our home to collect and was confrontational to the point that I was uneasy about him being there.  We had asked him to clean out the heating unit in the house we were living in at that time.  The crew went into the attic and came down and reported the condition of the unit to Mr.Watkins.  At the time of paying for the the services they provided when Mr. Watkins was in my home, after paying  $9000 he charged me $60 for looking at the heating unit.  He became irate because we had not chosen to go ahead with having the unit replaced.  When I suggested that considering the amount we had paid for their services on the other house he might forgive the $60 he became confrontational and aggresively rude.
