  They��came out just this week. We��have like a yearly service that��they��come out and do services. We��get reduced rates on plumbing, and other electrical type of work that��they��will do. I think my wife has known the owner well back when he was very small.��I think that relationship has helped us in giving them our business.��They have grown to the point where they have added new services. They've��installed an new water heater and air conditioners.They put in new sinks,��they've also done plumbing issues.��So anyway,��they��do a wide range of things.They are tops in the heating and air. They��have done a better than��nice��job on some of the plumbing issues��they've��done well.They done great on our hot water heater. They are very competitive with other companies. They're very responsive.

  It was 3 days before New Years Eve when I called and fully expected to have to wait until after the holiday. It was after they had closed for the day and I left message. They returned my call the next morning. I explained what I needed and they were able to send someone within the hour. The tech was very professional and explained what he was going to do. Within 45 minutes he was finished and the leak marked. Highly recommend!

  I remember talking to somebody but they were really high. Then I called somebody and they were just  as high. They were like $55 just to check it out and then they were so much an hour after that. They were very prompt in giving me a quote. They still have to get a plumber and have him call me to give me a quote. They were really pleasant. I didn't have any problem with them. I just couldn't afford them.  It was out of my price range so I had to figure something out.  As for price, I guess the standard rule, I guess, applied.  I just I couldn't afford it. They were quick to respond.

  , I got their original estimate in March, along with two others. It seemed high, and was more than I wanted to pay, so I originally chose another contractor.  Big mistake!  I cancelled the contract with him after I found out he had legal problems,and had been less than honest with me. I  managed to lose $2800 in the process!
  I had been very impressed with James and Yana when they had originally come out to give me the estimate, so I called them back and asked if they would work with me to come up with a lesser scope of work, and a lower price, which they graciously did.
  I really messed them up with making changes to what I would do, and what I wanted them to do, but they were pleasant and professional through it all.  We had a couple of minor glitches, but they were addressed and taken care of right away.
  One of the things that impressed me most was that their subs were always here right when James said they'd be, and he was able to work around me taking two grandkids to summer day camp each day the last week
  The job involved taking out an old tub and the 1970s tile around it, removing the paneling on the walls and the popcorn ceiling, and smoothing out the drywall  (I did all the painting), replacing the sub-floor, taking out the old toilet and vanity - the latter without damaging it since I was putting it in my other bathroom.  The new work is a tiled shower on the old footprint of the tub, tile floor, installation of new toilet and smaller vanity I'd had built, a new light fixture and GFI outlet.  The Service Guy provided the granite top for the vanity, but otherwise I purchased all materials. The job involved carpenters,plumber, electrician and tilers, so scheduling was quite complex.
  I ended up with the coastal/beachy bathroom I wanted.  James and Yana and all their subs were wonderful to work with and all did professional, quality work.  I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

  It was great!! The tradesmen performing the work are artisans and perfectionists. They definitely went the extra mile in every stage of the job. They sought and acted upon input from us. The job finished on (actually a bit ahead of) schedule and in budget. Company owner visited the site every day to monitor progress. The result is absolutely beautiful, and we're totally satisfied.   Their is probably people that are cheaper but you know for example in a remodel house I've used him enough and I didn't take my tools out and I gave him access and I was not their and nothing was missing nothing like that. I can trust him you know.

  Talked to Chad on phone about resetting my toilet. He said it would be around $100. Erik came out to do the work. He was prompt and got right to work. He reset the toilet, tightened the tank, adjusted the water level, and cleaned up after himself. Erik was very professional and courteous. He charged only $89. If I need plumbing help again, I will call them.

  He is always nice. He has a big truck and quite a bunch of stuff so he does not have to leave and come back. He does not waste time, he does not have to have a helper and is always pleasant. The price is reasonable. He comes when he says he will be there.
