    Aaron called 15 minutes before appointment time to confirm and showed up right on time. He immediately assessed the problem and quickly fixed it. He also took a look at our ice maker which wasn't working right. He fixed that in about 1 minute and only charged us for a service call to fix both items. He was polite, friendly and professionally competent. I whole hardheartedly recommend him for any of your appliance repair needs.

    I called Saturday as water was leaking from our ice maker but was fine if turned off. He asked if it would be okay to come on Monday morning and of course that was fine as it was not an emergency. He called me promptly Monday morning, came out and quickly fixed the problem. Was careful to not make a mess and cleaned up after. The final bill was actually what he advised "could" be over the phone without even looking at the problem and no surprises. Very pleasant and professional and will definitely use again for any of my appliance issues without a thought.

    Perfectly. Mr. Gravette returned my call promptly and asked questions about my problem so that he would have a good idea of my situation before he made the service call. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options. He could replace the circuit board or repair the board himself. He advised me that the repair might last a few days or indefinitely. I chose for repair...a fraction of the cost of a new circuit board. Service was on 8/26/16. It is now 2/1/17 and the oven is working perfectly. In one trip Mr. Gravette took care of the problem and saved me a lot of money.

    The service man immediately identified the problem , gave us an estimate, and left to return the next day with the new parts needed. He came back the next day an completely fixed the machine, cleaned it thoroughly , and stayed until he saw that it would work properly . We felt finally that we had found a company that knew what they were doing when we needed appliance repair service.

    Overall it was a horrible experience.  We contacted this service because we had purchased brand new Maytag appliances for our new home from Maytag Direct.  We have had constant problems with our Maytag Washer.  When I first contacted them, an appointment was set up five days after the initial call.  Then, the receptionist called and RE-scheduled the original appointment twice.  When the day finally came for the repair man to arrive (which was also my third time to take off work to be available for him), he was supposed to arrive between 8 am and noon.  By 4:00 p.m. I had not heard from anyone so I called to check on it.  The very rude (and clearly overstressed) scheduler stated that a repair man had made a visit to my house but that no one answered the door.  I argued that point since I had sat and worked at my desk, which is near the front door for the entire day.  She continued to insist that the visit had been cancelled because nobody answered the door.  I asked if that were true, why someone didn't call me.  She explained that several calls had been made to my home at the time of the "visit".  I looked on my caller ID and repeated back to her that nobody had called my number and nobody had knocked on my door.  I also checked my cell phone - no calls.  I asked her how well she knew the repair man and how long he had worked for the company, thinking that perhaps he had tried to convince the office he had been there when he had not.  She very rudely explained that the repair man was her father and that there was no way he would say that he tried to call when he had not.  Being a counselor, I am accustomed to de-escalating difficult conversations.  I began to talk through the solutions (the wrong phone number, address, etc.) but she was not interested in verifying information.  The conversation went down hill from there.  She left me no choice but to give up on trying to use their services.  I promptly called a few other places and found a service company with a very intelligent and friendly receptionist who obviously valued our business. Years later, I still do business with this service company (not Maytag Direct, of course).  However, I will never purchase a Maytag appliance again!
