    The time between the first and second visits was due to the time it took for me to find the diverter for my brand of faucet. After searching all plumbing supply stores in Ft. Smith area I had to go on line to order it directly from the company that made the faucet. Once I received the part and called the plumber back, he sent 2 assistants out the next day to do the instillation. They called before coming and showed up right on time. When I explained that the toilet had been running periodically since they had last worked on it, which was something it had not done before, they were able to replace the flapper that they had installed last time with one that fit better and stopped the leaking. They even explained to me what they had done and why in a way that I could easily understand. They cleaned up the work area before they left. The only charge was for the labor. This is the 4th time we have used this company and I have been satisfied with each visit.

    VERY pleasant experience all the way around. 
    We had a toilet overflow the other day which resulted in a large amount of flooding to our home that damaged flooring, carpeting, etc. We DID feel that we had the situation under control, ie. there was no longer a backup/problem etc BUT we wanted a professional to look at it (before we put new flooring down) because we wanted to make sure there was nothing we had missed that would allow this situation to reoccur with all the accompanying flood damage, etc.
    When I called, Matt himself answered the phone and was friendly and responsive. When Matt came for the appointment, he was punctual and professional. He assessed the situation (which in my mind = performing a service) and stated that it was fine and there was nothing that needed to be done. At minimum we expected to be charged for a service call and would have happily done so but he did not charge us anything.
    We are planning renovations to our home in the future and will gladly use Matt Barron. Could not be happier with my first experience using a referral from Angie's List.

    I thought I was doing a preventive measure.  On the bill it said they augered one toilet from the inside, which I don't think it was augered.  I didn't see anything that looked unusual or long to me that they brought in and used.  I don't know if they just used a plunger and called it augered.  I wasn't as happy with Mr. Rooter as I was with the roofing company.  Their price was okay I guess.  I don't really have anything to compare the quality of their work to.  I am a little concerned because it seems like when we flush the toilet now, the handle is not as strong when you flush it.  In one of the toilets it seems like the recovery for the water in the tank is not as fast as it used to be so I am a little concerned.  Their responsiveness was good.  The way the guy was dressed and his speech and his attitude was professional.  I would use them again in the future, but probably only if my drains were backed up and overflowing.  I wouldn't use them for preventive.
