    I actually did try to resolve something with them and couldn't get it resolved.  My credit card company didn't understand.  First I wasn't paying it and they didn't seem to understand.  They said that the car wash company sent them proof that I did have something done.  I was not saying that I didn't have the work done.  I was saying that they did it incorrectly.  I wanted to talk to the owner to tell the owner what had happened because the manager was not willing to talk to resolve it.  I was going to try to do something else, but I haven't had time.  They have taken their signs down.  I had just had bodywork done on my car a month before.  The bodywork people said that I couldn't use any wax.  I could use soap and water but not wax because the paint hadn't cured.  I told Auto Valet what I wanted done was the inside cleaned and soap and water on the outside and that's all.  I told them I had the bodywork done so I wanted them to be real careful.  I hung around to try to see when the car went through the car wash trying to make sure that they turned off the other parts like the wax parts.  I never could see the car and I waited a long time.  I told everybody.  I told the people that were driving the car and taking the car away.  I told the person that I paid for the service.  I told the manager at that time.  When I went to pick it up, there was something on one of the doors.  I wanted to talk to the manager about that.  When I had talked to him first about doing it and I didn't want to pay for the full detailing because I wasn't having full detailing done, he had said that I would have to pay for all of it no matter what.  The day before the girl I spoke with had said I could do that but I wouldn't leave it because I knew I had to speak to a manager about it.  I went back to have it done but made sure I talked to a manager about it.  I even wrote on the ticket that they gave me what they were not supposed to do.  When I picked the car up and there was the matter with it I went back and tried to talk with the manager, the manager was never there supposedly.  He was always gone.  I called and left messages that I wanted to speak to the owner because the manager wasn't working out.  I could never get the owner's name and I could never talk to him.  Then it came in on my credit card bill.  Then I denied it.  I told the credit card company and they just acted like it was me saying that I didn't have the work done which was not what I was saying.  That particular experience was not good.  If you just need a car cleaned or you just need a car detailed they are good at that.  I don't think they are good if you have anything to be careful of or if there is any issue.  They have a big list of things that they do.  It said full service and it was not.  If you just have a regular in and out, that's fine.  I don't understand why you can't talk to or get the name of the owner of a business.  I know I looked online trying to get the name of the owner, but I think whatever name it was I couldn't find a phone number for them and that was why I asked them to give it to me and they wouldn't.  The first time I asked for it, they did give me the manager but that didn't work out.  The date on my credit card where they recharged it was march 19th.  I tried.  I kept trying to do something and I couldn't.  It seems crazy because it's been almost a year.  I kept thinking somehow someone could give me the name of who owned it.  I kept asking everybody and trying to find out.  The overall experience was not good.  The price was what most of them charged and that would have been fine if that's what I had had done but it wasn't.  I had had detailing done there before and it was fine, but it was just straight.  To me if you are going to have a full service place, the point of a full service is that you can cater to people and their needs.  I could have gone someplace else for that that would have been cheaper.  Their price wasn't that good.  I hope they didn't do anything permanently to my car.  I was waiting to see.  I haven't seen anything that happened.  The paint is not chipping off.  Maybe they didn't put wax on it but they did put a mark on it which I think was just because they weren't careful.  They didn't treat it like it was when they detail a car for the car dealership.  They put rubber things around the edges of the doors that keep them from getting chipped or damaged.  I think when they used a hose to vacuum it out they didn't have anything around the door so it chipped the paint off the edge of the door.  Their responsiveness and professionalism were way down there.  They were the best place in Norman supposedly.  I would use them just for a regular car wash but not for anything special.  I tried calling several times and then I tried driving there and talking and trying to find out who the owner was and get information.  The manager's name was Paul and he was not cooperating with me at all.  The last time I tried to contact them was back in March.  After I gave up and after I had explained it all to the credit card company, they put the charge back on my card.  I just wanted to let the owner know what they had done.  I just wanted to explain to the owner so he could explain to Paul what needed to be done when someone comes in and says that they just had body work done.  I felt that the owner probably didn't know that Paul was just treating it like any car that comes in off the road.  I am sure they don't treat the cars from a dealership that way because if they did, they wouldn't have the contract with the dealership.  To detail brand new cars before they go out to people, I am sure they are more careful of it.  When somebody has bodywork, I think that deserves to have the same treatment.  If I hadn't told them it would be different, but I did.  I even wrote it down on something that they had there.
