    Heritage Roofing
Very professional.  The crew arrived at 7:30 in the am on a 100 degree plus day.  They worked hard and fast...completing the job by  2:30 in the afternoon.  Our house is  2600 sq.ft.  Would highly recommend this  company.

They're very responsive. I don't know that I've ever had to wait. They usually have a person answer the phone and they transfer you and you're taken care of. Everyone is just really friendly.

We contacted the provider to fix the internet. He replaced the cable outside but never contacted us before hand so we could be there. He came back again and replaced the modum on the inside but was in a hurry to leave and didn't fully test it. We had to go into the main office to test it and then plug it back in ourselves. After 4 days of jacking around with it, we had internet.

    AT&T Comunication Connection
I’m both, pleased and not so pleased with them.  Overall I’m pleased but I pay a lot just for the home phone service because I live out of town.  I guess it’s like a mileage fee or something like that.  I pay about $55 or above just to have it hanging on the wall.  They never had to come out.  It has been years but the last I remember they were very good professionally.  Unfortunately I would continue to use them in the future because my husband doesn’t want to get rid of the landline.

The repairmen that they sent out here was fine, very nice, young man and he got my phones working again. He said the problem was with the new box that the DirecTV put in; their connection with my phone system was messing up my phones. The repair work itself was fine. I do not like calling and talking to a computer and it seems like it is awfully difficult to get through to a representative at anytime. The waiting time for the appointment is longer than I think it should be. I carry the insurance so I didn’t pay them anything. Their monthly service cost is high. They told me the repair man will be there on Friday between 8 am and 5 pm and luckily he showed up before five but I think that is an awfully large window. The repairman himself was fine. He was friendly, professional and courteous. I had no problems with him. I go with AT&T because they have more powers to get the phone service and you get a better reception.

They are the only option for landline service. For cell phone service, we went through the progression of companies leading up to AT&T.

We have had it for about 12-15 years. I have 200 channels on my TV and I am not charged for any long distance phone calls. As long as it is working, I am not griping. There have been very few times I have had to call them and they fixed it right away. Their internet is kind of slow. I am satisfied with the price.

    AT&T Company Store - Tahlequah
It went alright. I have mixed emotions about them. I was advised to move my chip. We were told to be an extra $30 for the data and sign a 3 year contract. I did not do it.

Everyone I've spoken with here has been polite, and seemingly wanting to help, but... they have not been able to deliver what they are selling yet. After Numerous calls routed to their call center at Cablelynx and having a company tech out 3 times they have not been able to get the internet right and deliver the service I ordered and paid for. Prior to ordering the service I was told by both Tahlequah Cable and Cablelynx that what they call their high speed turbo (up to 50 mbps) was available at my address. I spoke with many, many people at both Tahlequah City Hospital and Northeastern State University about internet providers in Tahlequah prior to deciding what service to install. Despite many unflattering reviews, based on Tahlequah Cable/ Cablelynx's advertisements, the services featured on their website, and what they told me over the phone, I ordered their service. I Ordered and paid (by check at time of install) for the most expensive package they have at ($139 per month) for advertised speed up to 50 mbps. I'm Lucky if im getting 2- 3. Many times less than 1. I'm even having trouble with simple email, much less web browsing. Forget about trying to access services like Netflix, it just hangs and hangs on this ISP's service. Numerous calls to their service center. I've recieved several reasons for why I'm having problems like they didn't have my order correct, I had not ordered their fastest service, that I had ordeed their enhanced package, not the turbo, ... That for some unexplained reason my modem had been set at residential speed level, etc... Again, I'm paying over $130/mo just for internet, and getting somewhere between 0.8 and 3 mbps. That's using Speedtest and numerous servers including their own Last tech who came out yesterday admittted he was not getting much better from the connection and modem they installed. That's not even up to the advertised speed of their lowest priced ($59/mo) package. At 2 - 3 mbps I'm getting less than 20% of what I am paying for. Blamed it on the bandwidth. Couldn't do anything about it. His solution to the problem was to drop me down to their lowest price package, even though I was not getting anywhere near that speed either, and credit my account. Waiting to see how quickly that cedit happens. I was told they are in the process of upgrading infrastructure and that things should be better in another month or so. I'm assuming I'm dealing with professionals who understand the importance of providing service annd value to their loyal customers. I'm also assuming the people running this businss know they cant advertise something they cant deliver, and collect money from people under these circumstances. Perhaps the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, state utility regulators, and the FCC can explain this better than I can. I would like to be here again, in another month or so, and provide a glowing review of this company and their servce. Presently, I'm sitting tight, along with many friends and interested third party observers, waiting for them to deliver on my now adjusted, credited, slower, lower-tier internet service package, and hopefully, something closer to that 50 mbps they advertise for Tahlequah, in the very near future.

    AT&T U-verse
They were not very helpful when I phoned in with problems which happened quite often. Some of the technicians that came out were really nice and acknowledged the issues with AT&T.
