What they did was, take me close to a heart attack. I've never been so angry with a place in my entire life. I went all the way up to the vice president of the company, to finally get a resolution, not of their company, the vice president of Jeep. They finally did fix it. My car was under warranty and they wanted to put an used product in it and they wanted to keep it for almost a month, before they got it back to me. They were terribly unresponsive. But, Jeep finally took care of it and provided the equipment needed and listened to me and did what needed to be done. The manager of the company would not even talk to me, didn't have the time to be bothered I suppose. The manager of the department did her best, but there was no satisfaction to be had from them, it was going to take them four to six weeks to get it finished. I had to rent a car because of that. Once they actually fixed the product, it's perfect. However, the quality of their customer service was a zero. The actual labor, they did alright. They followed up on two or three points of getting it to the point where it was replaced.

We only asked to have a brake module replaced. They told us it would cost up to $200 if we supplied the part.

We provided the part and a week later the vehicle was ready, only the bill was almost $1000.

When we asked what happened to the original quote we were informed there were other parts that had to be replaced.

My best understanding of what actually occurred was that they tore up the brake line installing the control module. Each segment of brake line they replaced tore up the connecting line until they had gone down the entire driver's side of the vehicle. When they got to the brake caliper, they tore up the area where the line connects and had to replace it as well.

The quality of the parts used for the repairs were not of the same quality as the parts they took off and they did not completely put the vehicle back together after the repair; things that worked before going to their shop (neutral safety switch and automatic door locks) are no longer functioning.

Less than two months from the day we got the vehicle back, the brand new brake lines have begun spraying brake fluid everywhere. This vehicle is not driven daily. The fifth or sixth time it was driven anywhere since the repair it suddenly had no brakes, which is incredibly inconvenient in a moving vehicle - in public.

The whole reason we had decided to replace the module was so that this exact situation would not happen; instead what started as a minor electrical issue has turned into a major system breakdown that we now have to re-repair, and we still ended up driving down a public roadway with no brakes...

They said that they would let us know if it was going to be more costly than the initial quote.

    They didn't.

They told us that they would call if they had to replace more than the module we provided.

    They didn't.

They claimed that they really saved us a lot of money and time with their extensive repairs.

    They really didn't.

Took my vehicle into them to get fixed. waited for a while got the run around and never heard anything no updates nothing. finally call up there and they said they called and left a message on my phone, my phone never rang and didn't have a missed call or message, paid for services after paying for services walking to my car that is "fixed" the service manager stops me and says it still has a little bit of a rattle but it should go away just keep an eye on it.
call a buddy of mine and we start checking the car i was "TOLD" I was paying for a new head, but there is a bright orange sticker on side of head that says REMAN, I call up the dealer told them they said to bring it in they would check it after they got a call from corporate. The noise was still there rattled to no end i started to disassemble the car at least a quart of oil in cylinder valve cover wasn't tightened down, it has done halfway.
After arguing and complaining the service manager said bring the car back and we will look at it and diagnose it free of charge. "now we are getting somewhere" wrong. I take the car in and drop it off as I'm dropping off the car a individual comes out and talks to me and says they don't do full services on peoples vehicles only partial stuff gets done. I called and spoke with someone, next thing i know I'm getting a call from the service manager asking me to come in and have a meeting, needless to say the individual that told me this was the mechanics son that was working on my car, he was terminated.
I was told by Steve P. the owner that my car would be done and it would be done right.
a month and a half later i get my car, i picked the car up didn't notice anything at all ran good and strong. get about a mile down the road and realize my car feels like the front end is going to fall apart. i check things exhaust wasn't put on correctly, car keeps popping out of reverse. I call up there and they said it shifted fine and they had no problems with it. i check my oil it had maybe a quart or less in it.
Fiance` takes the car up to them after speaking on the phone and they look at it, the technician that did the work was complaining and speaking unprofessionally as she stood there watching them do the work. Then they say that she doesn't need to be trying to pin problems of the vehicle on them because they didn't touch the transmission or the exhaust. I have personal pictures myself of the transmission laying on the shop floor and the exhaust. After i got home and heard about the events of the day, i called up and dealt with things they tried to backpedal their way out of everything.
needless to say I wouldn't trust DAVIS MOORE AUTO GROUP to touch anything i ever owned. A lot of money in this car and still can't drive it.

I got in immediately with no appointment.  They quickly, satisfactorily and professionally performed the service tasks.  They let me know each service they were performing.  I was very satisfied.

Took my mini van in and they gave me a estmate and a time and how long it would take and they did what they said under the amount and got it done a day early. If I didn't understand something they explained it. They were very professnal. I will only take my car to them from now on.

The owner is Dale Harman, and not only was he delivering cars, but I was running around using them. I have recommended him to a lot of people and he has done every one of them right. Sometimes I’ve got to wait a little longer because his is a three man show. He does really good work, and he stands behind it. The price is reasonable, he went by the book for the labor, showed me the book, how many hours it was going to take, and I believe he even told me what he put his mark-up on. They have a mark-up on parts.

They promised to get me acar care book about the vehicle which was not with it.I have called and asked if they have found one for me and I have neverheard back from them. They were nice and easy to deal with but the promise they made to me has not been completed.I feel I have been lied to by them.

I called them because I locked my keys in the car with my dog.  They said over the phone that it would be $25.00. They were to my car within 5 min to unlock it and they did not charge me anything.
