    Culligan Water Conditioning of El Reno OK
    They did a great job! They were polite, came out when they said they would. They completed the job quickly and completely. Cleaned up everything great. We found out they are used by many people in our area and everyone is really satisfied. Put us on the satisfied list also. They come by and fill up our salt storage bin on a regular schedule and leave the empty bags neatly stacked by the softener to let us know they have been there. We rent the equipment montly from them.

    Culligan Mollman's Water
    They were very polite and answered all our questions. We had the options to rent or purchase. They were very clean in their appearance, and did a great job installing the system and cleaning up after themselves. We have them come montly and fill up the salt. They have a code to the garage and come fill it up leaving the empty bags so we know they have been there. We also found out from our neighbors that they do many people in our area and considered very trustworthy. I definitley recommend these people.

    Foster Septic
    We had our septic backup, early in the morning.  Immediately got on Angie's and checked on providers.  Fosters Septic looked highly rated so we called them.  They returned our call and offered us a couple of options.  They could come out on the weekend and emergency rates would apply or they could schedule us on Monday.  She was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable.  We decided to grab a hotel for the weekend and my daughter decided to hang out with friends and go with a Monday 1:00 scheduled time.

    My daughter was home by herself (she is 26) for the service call.  Fosters called her and told her they were running an hour ahead of schedule and requested to come an hour earlier than the scheduled appointment.  She agreed, because it was better for her.  When they arrived and knocked on the door, the Fosters employees stepped back off the porch and waited for her to answer the door.  My Daughter was very impressed and said it made her feel safe and respected.  They offered that if she needed to go somewhere, that she did not have to hang around and stated that it would take 1 hour to complete.  She did not need to leave.

    She said they told her what they were going to be doing.  The Foster employees were extremely nice and helpful.  They completed the job and gave my daughter a full report.  Our report was great.  We just needed the tanks cleaned.  All our pumps and areators were in good shape.  They accepted credit cards, which made it better on our budget.  My daughter said we need to make sure to use them again.  We did send an email requesting if they provided annual maintenance services and also had the ability to track us so, we could avoid another backup.  We are waiting to hear back from them.

    The serice was great.  They cleaned up after they finished, even cleaning up some of the dirt piles I had in the area.  We would defintely use them again and have already recommended them to others.

    Waterloo Road Pump & Supply

    We have a well and our water completely shut off.  I feared that the submersible well had stopped functioning and looked on Angie's list for a repair service.  I found Waterloo Pump and Supply since they were up north in Edmond and I live over in Piedmont.  They answered the phone immediately and after taking down my address, informed me they would be dispatching someone out for service.  When they arrived, they checked everything inside the garage where my pressure tank is and then went out to the well.  They were very courteous and asked if they could back up in the front of my lawn to have access to the well.  Once at the well, they brought up the wiring to the pump and found that it had split apart.  The two techs spliced it back together very neat, with caps on each end and then lowered it back into the well.  I asked if the pump looked ok and they said absolutely.  After getting the wiring back into the well housing, they had me turn back on the breaker to see if the well came on and it did.  After that, they put air back in my pressure tank and then we turned on several faucets both inside and out to cycle water through because they said there would be dirt.  Prior to this, they bypassed my water softener as to not fill it up with grimy water.  Once we ran the water long enough to filter out the dirt that had accumulated, they hooked back up my softener.  My bill was only $165.00.  I was blown away as these guys worked a good 1 1/2 to 2 hours on this.  I was actually fearing I was going to have to replace the pump and lay down over $1000 for parts and labor.  These gentlemen were extremely professional and immediately checked the wiring first as they said that was in all likelihood the culprit. 

    I will use this company for any other issues going forward with my well and inside pressure pump and be sure to spread the good word around my neighborhood, Piedmont and my place of business about their service.

    Chet Walcott Plumbing
    They were originally scheduled out at 11:00, but call and asked it the could come out earlier an hour earlier, which was great for us.  They were very clean and professional.  The bottom water heater is very large with a recirculating system.  The heater and system was 13 years old and heater has broken, but fortunately the pan worked and kept the house from flooding.  We asked Johnny Walcott to look at the upper heater while he was there since it was the same age.  The heater was "popping" and he highlly recommended we replace it.  The upstairs heater only serviced two small bathrooms and he recommended reducing the size of the heater to 40 gallons from the existing 65 gal.  This made great sense.  This reduced the costs of the replacement and the labor.  Additionally it would save on our utility bills.  I appreciate the cost saving recommendations.  They were very neat and didn't mess anything up.  The new heater on the bottom floor was missing the external cover for the base.  They are supposed to be getting me one.  Since it is more cosmetic, it did not cause a problem.  This was a great experience with them, the broken water heaters not so much.  I have finally found my plumber.

    Fryar & Son Water Well Service
    My well pump stopped working on 8/31 on Labor Day weekend! Luckily they take calls and booked me for first thing that Tuesday morning. The pump is 19 years old so I was sure I would have to invest in a full replacement. Turns out all it needed was a new capacitator. I really appreciate the fast work and honest approach!

    We had liquid coming to the surface in our yard. The owner, Kevin, came out and looked at our septic system. Our system is over 30 years old. Everyone else I talked to over the phone thought I probably needed a new system. Kevin had his employees come out the next day. They drained the tank and started digging. The supervisor on the job was very helpful. When we were told we just needed distribution boxes replaced we were thrilled. They explained everything to us. Their integrity is outstanding. They could have told us we needed a new system and we would have not questioned it because of the age of our system. Kevin told us our soil was good and system could last quite a while longer. I would highly recommend Red Dirt Septic.

    I never received a phone call from them like stated. I called them and left a message. No reply. I called again and reached someone. He then told me it would be month and a half before he could come out and do the work so I asked if I could get a refund. He said yes to call you and I did.

    When we called them they were very professional and extremely nice on the phone. I received a return call very quickly and was told they would be out the next day to check our water softener. Instead of trying to make money off of us and sell us a new system, they quickly worked on the program of the softener and had everything running smoothly. The service man that came was very professional and very friendly. We will definitely use them for all of our softener needs!!!! i would give them an A++++++++++ in all areas!!!!
