Very Well. Keith was fixing the a/c and found a problem with the electrical master panel. He fixed the a/c problem and recommended an electrician to me for the panel repair. Both men were prompt and fully professional doing the repairs. They both stayed well beyond the usual time to complete the repairs and I will use them again. The electrician was from JL's electric in Owasso.

The guys did not miss a day--they came when they said they were coming. Every day they cleaned up the mess before leaving, including sweeping out the garage (which always has leaves & dirt anyway). All of the guys were friendly and treated our home with respect 100% of the time. They all did their jobs well. There were a couple of specialists and some "worker bees." They answered lots of questions from us as they went along and were not intimidated that we watched what they were doing.

    Superior Air Services, Inc.
I ordered this maintenance package in March. They quickly called after receiving my order and made an appointment for a tech to come out on March 29. They They were on time when they arrived. That's pretty much all I can say that's good about this company. I cant remember the name of the technician but he talked about HerbaLife or health shakes or something that he and his wife sell. I have two units and I requested he perform this service on my upstairs unit, since it didn't seem to be cooling. He went to look at my unit, advised me that my system had frozen up at some point and this freezing caused damage to the evaporator coil that was irreparable. He said that there was no point to putting any Freon in the upstairs unit, as it would all escape/leak out as fast as he added it in and damage the environment. He said the only thing that could be done at this point would be to buy a new unit for the upstairs. He put together a quote for a compressor/evaporator ($4000+ depending on what size/efficiency we wanted). I asked if he would do the original $88 maintenance package on my downstairs unit instead. He said that if we decided to buy our new system from his company, they would perform that maintenance package on my downstairs unit when they came to install the new upstairs unit. Fast Forward several weeks... it's starting to get warm upstairs. Since were now thinking this is not a maintenance issue, we put in a call to our home warranty company. Their tech comes out in April, inspects our upstairs system and does not see any "irreparable damage" - instead, he tells us that "the Teflon ring on the king valve" is leaking needed to be replaced. He replaced the part in question, refilled the system with Freon, and was on his way in about 45 minutes. We ended up paying our Home Warranty co-pay of $75 plus the cost of Freon that went above and beyond the amount our home warranty would cover ($325). On one hand, ultimately, the system did need a repair, and maybe the guy Superior sent wasn't trained to know how to recognize this particular problem, however to lie and say he saw "irreparable damage" that didnt exist, and quote us a new system, as well as refusing to honor the maintenance package I'd purchased by applying it to my other unit makes for a very unhappy "customer". I have waited as long as possible to complete this review - until the emails from Angie's List asking for a review of Superior said "FINAL NOTICE" - because I didn't want to unfairly give them a bad rating if the second company's repair was just a Band-Aid solution that would lead to me still needing a whole new system a couple weeks later. It's been 2 full months of Oklahoma summer and the upstairs system is still performing as well as it did the day it was repaired by the other company. TLDR: Shame on you, Superior. At best, you sent an untrained technician to my home who gave me bad information. At worst, you train your employees to pretend that entire systems must be replaced for thousands of dollars rather than performing the maintenance package purchased. As someone who paid $88 FOR NOTHING (other than unnecessary stress) I don't care which option is true. I hope this review will save others who have been told by Superior that they need a new system: GET A SECOND OPINION! DO NOT TRUST SUPERIOR WITH YOUR MONEY OR YOUR HOME!

Polar Bear Jack's Heating & Air Design LLC
The work went great. Adam, the owner, came out to the house to see what we wanted done three times before we even started, just to make sure we were all on the same page about what needed to be done, and to do a thorough evaluation of the house so that what we bought would be the right equipment for the house. The crew that worked the job were fantastic, from the guys doing the insulation to the guys installing the A/Cs and furnaces! There were issues that came up during the installations, as there are in any fairly complex project, and they were handled very well by the guys. Whenever they encountered a problem (and they did several times), they came up with a solution and took care of it. Robert and the guys went above and beyond, in my opinion, but they treated it as though it was all a normal part of the job. They really wanted to get things right, and really wanted us to be satisfied before they left. And they did, and we are! Polar Bear Jack's is up on all the latest technology and methods, and Adam is more than happy to explain it to your satisfaction. You're not getting the run-of-the-mill A/C installers with this company. You're getting the cream of the crop, but you're not having to pay exorbitant prices. These guys are a tremendous value. I highly, highly recommend them.

    Air Solutions
Tech arrived on time, Replaced filter, ran some tests on furnace, and used a camera to inspect combustion chamber and heat exchanger. Also did a carbon monoxide test and checked the temperature of the heated air coming out of the ducts. He was polite and professional all the way. The company I purchased this system from is out of business, so I may use Air Solutions for my future heating and cooling needs.

    1st Choice HVACR LLC
Hired First Choice a few months ago. Technician only fixed one problem and did not check the refrigerant level as they claimed. We had to call to get this problem fixed which could be done on their first service call.

They were very prompt in getting to the house and making the diagnosis. the sales rep. was very helpful with financing and scheduling. Their installation crew was excellent and even went above and beyond by hauling off my old dishwasher that was out side. They showed me everything I needed to know. I am excessively pleased wit Air Solutins.

The installation went great!  Vince and Chris installed the system. They did a great job, kept me informed and when they left, I couldn't tell they had been there.  Paul stopped by to see how things were going during the installation.  He gave me some tips to keep the system running efficiently.  I would recommend DaVco to those looking for a new system or other services.

Corey was our service tech.  Great guy.  He identified that a vent in the roof was leaking and perhaps with the recent rain, it caused a temporary short.  He tested other components throughly.  Having two units, I decided to take out a maintenance plan to ensure they are well serviced.  Very reasonable price for the plan.  $265.  It includes twice a year check and some cleaning to clear out that cottonwood fuzz that which can make your unit run harder and longer.  As you know, catching problems early can save you big money later.  I also liked the fact that I get additional discounts on parts in labor should I need it.   Prompt, friendly, and professional service.   I will be using these folks any time I have heating or cooling service needs.  I recommend them to anyone looking for a great company with great people.  I'd give them three thumbs up, but I only have two.

Excellent. The guy did a great job. He was very polite. He had to cut a hole in the ceiling because the water line was on the second floor. He made the hole as neat as possible. Cleaned up after he was done. I've used DavCo before for our geothermal heat pump and to replace a hot water heater. Ever person from DavCo that has been to our house has been great. Very happy with the company.
