The equipment operator was on top of it.  I've met many guys that think they can operate equipment and it's laughable but the guy they sent worked sun up to sun down and exceeded expectations.  Very pleased and all the people I dealt with were professional and on top of it.  Seems like you never know with companies these days and I didn't see a whole lot about them but trusted the guy referring them.  Things worked out and we will do business again.

Installed 5 piers to level part of our house.
They showed up in the morning, got to work.
They finished in less then a day.
The dirt removed was all put back. Can't tell where
    the piers are located.
The part of our house which had been a problem, was cured by thr pier
    placement.
All in all a great job!

Company was very knowledgeable and professional.  They fit me in within a week.  Very quick.  Crew came and went  with very little disruption to my family.  They only needed in my house for 30 minutes when they did the jacking.  My doors and windows close great now.  The inside cracks are all closed up and almost unnoticeable.  The crew cleaned up everything, repointed all my cracked brickwork, and put my patio stones back like they were never moved.  All the work was performed on time in a day and a half.

From start to finsh, the crew were very professional. Upon arrival, they went right to work on my house. I was surprised when they had finished in the mid afternoon. They checked the inside of my house several times to make sure the house was leveled correctly. Their price was half of what I had been told by another company.

We had a company representative come out and provide a verbal bid on possible services. Approximately a week later when we were ready to discuss further the process and obtain a possible bid we attempted to contact the company. On the first attempt 10/14/2013, we called but never received an answer, I did leave a voice message. The next day 10/15/2013, made another call and actually talked to a person, I explained to her that I wanted to see a written bid for consideration from the rep. She informed me that the rep was out of town but would return the next day, she took my information, including my email for possible response. On 10/21/2013, we have yet to receive any communication from the company, I then once again attempted to contact the rep who came out to review our house, by cell phone number on his card he left me. On 10/22/2013, still no response. Honestly, if this company does not have the decency to return phone calls from a possible customer I don't have faith in the type of foundation repair they provide. Very poor customer service

We were right in the middle of installing an in-ground storm shelter and unfortunately hit the water line. The line was broken and pulled loose from the copper line going to the house. Being in peak season for plumbers, I called about four different companies on Angies List and Lee with AAA Plumbing answered immediately and just when it looked like I was on my way to a hotel for the night, with my wife and two small children, Lee said he would be on-site within the hour. As promised Lee showed up and had me fixed within two hours. All while working in the 100 degree heat.

The services performed were exactly has described in the estimate.  The price they quoted was exactly the price they charged.  Absolutely no complaints there.  My only concerns are that we did get a new small crack in a bedroom wall that wasn't there before the foam injection.  The good news is our north wall is now closer to where it should be elevation wise, than I have ever seen it.  Also the dirt mounds over the piers on the back side of the house are a little higher than I care for, but I have some low places I need to fill in the yard anyway.  They had to make an extra cut in the carpet in one room that isn't nice, but it's a room trashed by our cats anyway and we really need to remove the carpet and replace it with tile or linoleum anyway.  More good news is in our master bedroom we saw the wall was actually pulling away from the window, due to settling that had been enhanced by the drought.  They absolutely fixed that problem.  It looks like there had been no foundation problems at all now.  While we probably should have hired a structural engineer to help us plan the repairs, that is what Eden't recommends.  You hire your own engineer to plan the repair, and they will do exactly what the engineer recommends.  Then they will rebate you up to $300 of the cost of the engineer.  What I did was get an estimate from about five different structural repair firms.  Eden's was not the cheapest or the most expensive.  Estimates ran from about $2500 to $20,000.  Mostly based on the amount of work performed.  Also concrete piers vs. steel piers.  Three companies including Eden's were in this middle range $7000-$9000.  Three of the companies described a similar amount of work.  One company wanted to put piers all around our house, while technically that might be right.  The problems on the east side and southeast side are not very significant and not very severe.  Where the problems were the most severe is where Eden's did the work.
I liked the crew, I talked to one of the lead men, even though he was Latino, he spoke English very well, he said he had  worked for Eden's for 12 years, he was very polite, and very professional.  I could tell the crew took care not to damage trees, shrubs, or leave too many ruts in you yard.  I also liked the fact they repaired some of the cracks in the mortar, and re-caulked windows as needed.  There was even a downed storm gutter in their way at one spot, and they fixed it.  Even though it was not part of the deal.
This was not cheap work, but I felt they were the most reasonable of the companies I talked too.  I felt if I went with the low bid, I would just be hiring someone else in the near future to do more work.
Also they did not require an advance deposit.  Their office kept us advised of schedule changes due to weather.  Another reason I selected them, is one of the Eden's lives in our neighborhood, and I know where to go if I have a complaint.  That was another thing.  One of the Eden's family did the estimate, and it was one of the Eden's family that did the final inspection.  You get the impression that the family stakes their personal reputation on their work.
Finally some companies subcontract the foam injection to another firm.  That's probably OK, and three our five firms said that foam injection beats interior piers on price, performance, speed, and interior collateral damage to your home
    Two pieces of advice:
    1. Due to the drought and Oklahoma Clay, all foundation repair companies are really backed up.  So if you think you need foundation work done, act NOW!
    2.  If you are buying a house.  Hire your own inspectors.  Do not let the Realtor or seller pick them.  I let the Realtor pick them, and now I am out about $8000, and have some ugly cracks.  My general inspectors were honest.  They found things wrong, that I would never have caught.  They found things wrong that I really didn't care about.  However, they said get a structural guy.  He said it was just a bad tape job.  He said well you might need 1 pier (covered his backside).  True that drought made things much worse, but still.  Nine piers versus one?

I did not get an evaluation from an independent structural engineer, perhaps I should have.  However three of the five companies I received estimates from all had similar proposals, and were in about the same price range from $7,000 - 10,000.
My only reasons for not going with Olshan were:
The firm I went with is completely locally owned and operated.
An officer in the company actually lives nearby.
The company I went with I think had a little better proposal, and were slightly less expensive.Although the guys I went with saw the house sometime later when the damage on the southwest corner was even more apparent.
Olshan did have a better warranty
Also it would have taken Olshan longer to get to us, all foundation repair companies in the area right now have all the work they can do because of drought damage..
The biggest drawback I saw with Olshan was they subcontract the foam injection for the interior foundation work to another company.  While I have every reason to believe the other company is a reputable firm, I preferred the turnkey approach of the company I used.  I work for a place that has major projects and you get subcontractors involved and if there are problems] It cam turn into a game of the other guy did it.
I didn't see any major problems with Olshan and would certainly consider them and recommend someone else needing foundation repair , do at least seek a quote from them.

Very professional. Cisco and his team went above and beyond to explain things and provide guidance on how to avoid future issues. Great experience and I will have them back when the time comes..
