    Michael took great care of us. Got back to me quickly and went above and beyond in service. They even did an oil change on the house. Work was done as promised and with quality. They have earned my business and the rest of my family

    Transmission repair took an extended amount of time. Past the repair completion date given to us. We got the car back on the 9th took it home and later when we went to start it, it would not start and it was leaking. They sent a wrecker to pick it up, they held it for two days stating the hoses needed to be tightened. When we got the car back on the eleventh it was still draining fluid and shaking really bad and emitting white exhaust. We took multiple trips throughout the month at approximately 24 miles each way to continue to try and find the cause of the leak. A second opinion was done which showed damage to the radiator that was not repaired effectively. We were not told at anytime that there was damage to the radiator. When confronting the owner of this business after the second opinion he stated that he thought his guys that he knew for years had fixed it and at that point said now we'll replace the radiator because his company caused the damage. We were told we couldn't bring it back until the 24th to replace the radiator because his dad was having surgery and we didn't get it back until the 26th. With 5 kids and one vehicle having to travel and get everyone to school and work with a car that was leaking fluids and shaking badly it was very stressful. At no time did he inform us beforehand that he had damaged the radiator before we got the second opinion. We were told to continue to add fluids and that the car was safe to drive until it was repaired from the leak which it wasn't. An extremely stressful and unsafe situation. Ended up costing much more than expected.

    She was supposed to send two workers to paint 3 rooms Saturday morning between 8-9. I never heard from her on Friday so I called and left two voicemails and never received a call back. They never showed on Saturday and I called several times and she finally picked up and said something came up but would call me back within a couple hrs. but never heard from her again

    I'd been quoted a price of $1,450 to replace the compressor and condenser.    I called around to get quotes and these guys knew exactly what was wrong because they've replaced the clutch in the compressor many times in the same year and model.   They were also helpful about answering questions about what they actually did and showing me parts to demonstrate.   I highly, highly recommend them!
    The estimate was the same as the final price and my car's a/c was working in less than 24 hours.

    I got a call Friday afternoon saying I would have to get a new compressor and a new condenser and it would be $1,450.  I did not
    approve any further work.  When I went to pick it up this morning I was told that the work had been approved and the compressor was out of the car waiting for parts, and I'd have to wait at least an hour to be able to get my car back.   After 2 hours I had to call them and I was told my car was finally put back together.
    I had wanted a quote so I could I could check around.   I had done so Friday afternoon and was quoted $450 by Bryant's Automotive Air for a new clutch for the compressor and told it was a very common issue for my car's make and model and they had the parts there.   It is now getting repaired at Bryant's.

    Car would not start at a local business. They recommended two places. I chose Quality. It was towed by AAA. The folks at Quality came out and directed the tow truck driver to put my car aside that day. They greeted me at the counter and asked what they could do for me. They took down all the information and then asked me a few more questions. They asked if I could pick it up the next day if it were ready. I said yes. The next morning I received a phone call saying it was ready for me to pick up. I got to the counter and they proceeded to tell me what they had done. I asked many questions and they answered professionally and as accurately that I could understand. When I about to leave they asked me if I was satisfied with the work. and quot;Yesand quot; was my answer. The car ran as it should when I started it up.

    We have used R&R automotive for years. The owner, Randy is honest and professional and his rates are reasonable.
    This is the 4th car that we have had serviced at R&R. We purchased it used and shortly after noticed it was leaking transmission fluid. Randy checked it out and gave us a prioritized list of things that needed repair, he included items that we could do ourselves to save money. The motor mountings were missing bolts, it needed an new timing belt, a new thermostat for the heater, a radiator flush and an oil change. He completed the service  by the next day. The car runs like a top!

    I brought my car in.  They looked to see what the problem was and gave me an estimate.  I agreed to the cost then they ordered the parts.  I brought the car in as scheduled and picked it up fixed as scheduled.  The part was  cheaper than expected, so the final cost was less than originally expected.

    Where to start? How about train wreck? We saw a very nice looking vehicle they had listed on Craigslist for a decent price and my wife called and talked with Ramone Miller. She asked for some additional details on the car and after some digging he finally came back on the phone and told her it's a nice vehicle but the windows don't work. In his words, they go up, but not down. Ok, weird but not insurmountable. She asked him if they planned on fixing them. He said slowly as if talking with a two-year-old, "not at that price!" This is the second bad experience we have had with these folks. How they stay in business confounds me. Customer service is non-existent and their business practices seem sketchy at best. Tread very carefully and be prepared to run if you're doing business with them.

    very well Left car over night all work was done by 4 pm next day. This is a toyota sequoia that has 250,000 miles on it. they also advised of some small problems that may need attention later but did not push to do them .
