For plumbing, I had my hot water heater go out on me last fall. It turned out that the guy 2 doors down from me is the guy that runs Industrial Plumbing & Heating. He put me in a new water heater. They cleaned up the mess from the previous water heater leaking, took out the old one and put in the new one, and got us all set straight. They were out here within probably an hour and a half to two hours and got it all done in that same day.

He did a really good job. On the pricing, I really don?t know anything different. I know I talked to other folks and they asked me how much I paid and they say, ?yea, that?s about right!? It wasn?t a bargain, but I felt like I paid for what I got, sort of speak. As for quality, the water heater has only been in there for 6 months/7 months now. As of now it is working fine and doing fine. They were excellent with responsiveness. The fact that I called them and the fact that they made themselves available that same day. In fact, within a couple of hours, that is hard to do with a plumber. In an emergency, they get them to be available to you. I was real pleased. This was the one and only time I have used them.

Diagnosed problem, recharged freon.

Came out same day. System wasn't cooling. Spent a couple of hours diagnosing problem. Have used company several times over last couple of years on a variety of jobs, including installation of gas line for fireplace, replacement of water supply line for ice maker (thru attic), replacement of central heater/blower unit, and general A/C unit maintenance. All jobs were handled quickly and effectively.

I use Industrial Plumbing & Heating for plumbing services. I have used him for 31 years. They did a complete replacement of the valve that had broken in a rental house.

He came out within an hour after I had called and replaced the valve and all the fittings. It was just before we closed the sell of that place so it was kind of like a golden parachute for us. They got the job done in short order and for a reasonable price. I will use him as long as he is alive.

I used the services of Industrial Plumbing & Heating. They cleaned out our water heater system and it needed to be flushed with vinegar. He was trying to resolve an issue we have with water pressure.

He came back several times but I didn't realize he was charging us with two or three dollars an hour. We had an issue with the bill. My husband resolved that with them and they were willing to take a lesser amount, I think they settled on six hundred dollars. Because we thought it really wasn't fair to pay twelve hundred dollars when they didn't resolve anything, the only thing out of that was just the flush system. But, I think things ended amicably, I would call them again. They were wonderful. We were happy with the actual work they did. There service was really good and I felt like they did good work, it just the bill that we have an issue with. They were a lot higher than any other plumbing company I've used.

Wouldn't use anyone else

I have used these guys a number of times and they have always gone the extra mile. The crew is very professional and friendly. They know how to deal with dogs, too. Highly recommended.

They have done a lot of work for me. They replaced everything in my shower, they did a cutoff upstairs and downstairs, etc.

They are excellent. They show up on time, they are polite and professional.

Sewer line was backing up, needed weekend service.

They came out and, I thought, cleared the line. I failed to read the hand written invoice which was more detailed than the verbal instructions given to me and didn't realize it needed further repair. A week later I had to call them back for a follow-up at which time I was informed the line needed major repair. I requested a quote and after 3 days I called them and was informed he was 'working' on the quote. I gave up on them and contacted another provider who came out the same day and gave me an immediate quote. This provider was just too slow in responding to my situation and had poor communication skills, in my opinion.

Mark and his helper quickly and efficently fixed our water heater problem with minimum hassle and very reasonable cost. Will call them next time too!

They came on time, ready to work. Mark quickly isolated the problem, and made a minor electrical correction and viola! problem gone. He advised on how to avoid the problem in the future.

I used Industrial Plumbing & Heating to fix a sewer line.

They were very responsive and quick. The service was excellent. The only issue I had was that they didn't tell me how much it was going to cost.
