They replaced a sunroof.

The price of the service went up and I didn't know about it. It went from $500 to $1500. The insurance handled everything over $500 but now something got messed up with that so I am still working on getting the insurance company to pay them because there was some miscommunication there between them and someone. I decided to take my car back because it was still leaking out of the sunroof and it turns out that they had not checked something. In all fairness, they fixed it without any charges. They were okay. They finally fixed it after a second try.
