  • The new back sliding door functions better than the old one did prior to the accident. The doors match the van exactly. The work was completed within a week, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely return to Out West again and recommend to others.

  • The price is all tied into the way our lease is done. Basically, we take it there and they do the oil changes as long as we do them on these regular intervals and it's all tied into the lease. Their price is average. Their quality is fine.

  • It took them a week to complete the service. The workers that I came in contact with were okay. After the services they told me what was wrong, how they fixed it, and that it was all under warranty. They could work on the communication between their office and the car rental service that they have at the dealership. I had called and reserved a car with them. The auto technician asked if I was going to need a courtesy car. I said yes and it became an issue. They left my car looking about the same as it was when I dropped it off.

  • Gina was called by me & same at the time arranged & took my car, Telling me it would take 5 hours. He brought my cam back a little earlier than showers. I am very impressed by best this man & with tell many others.

  • Thats the second car I have bought from them. The pricing was competitive. I got what I wanted with all the bells and whistles. I will probably get my car serviced there too, but I haven't used the service department yet.

  • I heard the ad for Pat's Tire & Auto on Catholic Radio and reached out to them to have them take a look at my car's AC. I had a local shop look at it, but their assessment was sketchy and it seemed like it was way too expensive. I sent an email to Pat's about my concerns from the other shop and that I had heard their ad on the radio. They called me back in a matter of minutes from the email and set up a time to look at the car. They were able to fix the AC, completely explain the issues (which by the way, were much less, and far less severe than the other shop had tried to provide), and make the repairs in a timely fashion. It was not cheap, but I knew that no AC repair would be. However, I was comfortable that what needed to be done was accurate, and the price to get my AC back on in the heat of the summer was fair. They were great and I have since been back for other work even though it is about a 30 min drive from my house. Great folks with a great understanding of the value of customer service.

  • As usual, I had outstanding service. We've been going to APS for almost 10 years. Service is always great! Chuck is great to get your work done quickly and professionally. We own two older Tahoes and we would have gotten rid of them if it wasn't Chuck keeping them running great!

  • They're a Ford dealership and do everything on Ford vehicles, from replacing the motor to fixing a tail light. When they have problems, they let me know that my car won't be ready. The communication is pretty good there.

  • They didn't look at it until Tuesday morning. They called me 30 minutes before they closed to tell me they think it would be ready if I wanted to come pick it up. Waited till next afternoon to pick up, I walked in and no one would wait on me. A boy finally came up to me and took my paperwork to checkout. After checkout, had to wait for someone to finally bring me my truck. Was surprised that dealer didn't give a courtesy clean and vehicle was filthy. Not even paper over the floor mats. They didn't give me my inspection report, (which I had paid for) and again no one would wait on me so I had to run someone down to get it. Rude! Horrible service!! Never will use again!

  • Took a while to get parts for the Dodge Charger SRT8 but guys were always straight forward, honest, and very friendly. It took a month to get everything done between hassling with the insurance company and parts. 
    My car looks like it did coming off the showroom floor. 
    I really appreciate their candor and willingness to answer any of my questions.
