I do not actually remember the exact dates or costs. I know they have been reasonably priced.
I did not care for the veterinary service provided for my dog. I did not feel the doctor addressed my concerns, and the solution he offered would have been more expensive and created more problems than it solved. I have only taken my dog there one time.
I have used the boarding services several times. Generally, I can get my dog in by calling the day of or a day before, although every once in a while they have been full. The receptionists are always very friendly and seem to like my dog, who is a little people shy. Most times she has been there, I have not observed any issues. However, the last time she stayed there, she was very anxious when I went to get her. By itself, that would not concern me, but I had to ask for her toy back and when they brought it to me, it was filthy and soaked in urine. My dog is impeccably house and crate-trained, and they offered no reasonable explanation as to how that might have happened.
I would use them again if I absolutely had to for boarding, but I have since found another kennel.

Doctor Beal and his staff has always treated my animals nice.  I had an Boston Terrior that was elderly and very sick.  I had to have her put to sleep and it about killed me to do this.  Dr. Beal talked to me and made me feel at ease.  His office staff sent me a very nice sympathy letter.

The dogs love her and they cry when she leaves. She is very reliable. When we get back home the house is exactly as I left it. When she brings the key back they're very excited to see her.
One of our dogs likes to be left alone, but when I was talking to her the dog was cuddled up to her with her head on her lap. This dog does not do that with strangers. This is why I hired her.

Northside was recommended to me specifically because my cat is extremely difficult to handle with regard to health care. The referrer encouraged me to use Northside because supposedly they were known for their patience and high quality care, and even kept a and quot;cat whispererand quot; on board. SInce prior to my move, my cat had been diagnosed with some potentially troubling health concerns, I was anxious to find a good vet that would be able to handle her effectively without taking her hatred of all things veterinary personally.
I was very disappointed in Northside. When I arrived for my appointment, the technicians attempted to give my cat her annual shots while still in the waiting room in her carrier and send me home. I am still somewhat shocked that they would suggest this for an animal they have never seen, particularly when I specifically stated multiple times that this appointment was her annual checkup. I refused. I was kept waiting for some time, during which several patients were seen. The exam rooms are behind doors, but the top is open, allowing people in the waiting area to hear most of the conversation occurring. Several times, I heard arguing, including one client reduced to tears after being yelled at by the vet. Granted, from what I could glean and had seen, the animal in question had been pretty severely neglected.
When I was finally shown to a room, I warned the techs that they would probably need towels as my cat would put up a fight. This is standard procedure for me, and I fully understand the need to use reasonable restraint/force to control my cat and prevent anyone from being injured. The techs seemed uncomfortable with this, and did not appear to know how to remove my animal from the carrier. They finally unscrewed it, and did wrap her in a towel. As expected, she put up a fight during her exam. She has always put up a fight. I have never had a vet who took this personally, and indeed, my last veterinarians were wonderful with her and worked hard to be as thorough as possible in spite of her unfortunate behavior.
This veterinarian seemed very irritated that my animal was difficult. She complained the entire time she was doing the exam, and after only a few brief moments, threw up her hands and stated my cat was impossible and she could not do anything with her. She further suggested sedation, which none of my past vets have ever had to resort to for a simple physical. She then proceeded to attempt to blame the cat's behavior on me and on the care the cat had received in my parents' home for the past year. It was very clear she was annoyed by my animal, and perhaps by being asked to do the exam instead of just the shots.
She was knowledgeable about my cat's condition and the health concerns I brought up. However, when I mentioned the cat has a very sensitive stomach and has vomited her entire life from the time she was weaned, the vet also attempted to blame this problem solely on me, stating that the cat had hairballs and this was my fault and I needed to get it under control. I've no doubt she does have hairballs, but based on other things I have tried in the past and her overall medical history, I am fairly sure that the problem is more complex than that. I also did not care for the repeated implication that all the cat's issues, both medical and behavioral, were because I am not a good pet owner. My animals are well cared for and, as much as possible, well trained.
I was extremely disappointed in this vet's impatience and unprofessionalism. While I know the cat is crazy, she has certainly still had competent and caring vets in the past that were able to demonstrate professional handling of her and showed concern for her health and welfare. I will not be taking either of my animals back to Northside.

After Dr. Beal and his wife, Barbara (a nurse), and their wonderful staff had given 11 years of complete and loving care for my great dane, Great Dana, there came a time that my dog had been poisoned and she had to be put down.  They were all so compassionate throughout one of the worst experiences of my life and all parts of the entire business came to a standstill as they grieved alongside me.  They are a wonderful work family and my sweet doggie felt their love, as well as mine, right through to her final breath.     The care that the entire staff of Los Dios had given my precious pet for 11 years was ALWAYS loving, compassionate, professional and complete.  Dr. Beal, Barbara and their staff always went above and beyond what was expected and it was clear to see that they really loved my dog, genuinely, just like I did.  Great Dana was always treated as if she were royalty and she felt it, too, prancing and holding her head especially high whenever she visited the vets.   Los Dios Veterinarian Hospital passed the true test of a great veterinarian….Great Dana could not wait to get to go see them for ANY reason.  Most dogs fight to keep from going to the vets……Great Dana always fought to GET INTO the door at Los Dios.  She literally dragged me into the door at the end of her leash, every single time!  I have to tell you, that if you are looking for excellence in animal care, you will find no better than Los Dios Veterinarian Hospital in Muskogee.

It is a great environment and they are personal with the dogs. They are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. The groomer that groomed my dog is named Melissa. She was outstanding and when I picked up my dog, Melissa was gone and the lady gave me the dog. This lady was sweet about my dog and they know how to treat animals. It was a great experierence and my dog wasn't even scared.
