AAwesome!! Ken is the best. I would recommend him for any job. I live in Maryland and was purchasing a home -- sight unseen -- in Oklahoma. I found Ken on Angie's list because I wanted to make sure that the home inspector was working for me. I had purchased a home in Maryland using the inspector suggested by the realtor and pay quite a bit for it later to repair items that were missed. Ken performed a through inspection and provided me an itemized report complete with photos and detailed descriptions of any defects he found. Since the only images I had seen of the home were from the listing, Ken even included additional photos of the interior so I had a good idea of what I was purchasing. After providing me with the report, he called and spent quite some time going over every aspect of the home. I must admit that I don't know much about construction, however, I am a very detailed person. That meant that not only did Ken have to tell me what was wrong, but he had to explain how it was "supposed to work," so I could fully understand the impact of he defect. For example, the home had galvanized pipes, which means nothing to me. Ken took the time to explain what galvanized pipes are, why my home had them, how long they normally last and how much piping would need to be replace when they eventually go bad. My home was built in the 50s, so you can imagine how many items we discussed. VERY patient man. My mother has been living in the home for four months now and we have not found any additional defects other than those Ken identified. I'm a pretty hard person to please and Ken has my highest recommendation. Feel free to contact me if you need additional information about my experience with this contractor. He is a true professional.- Kimberly S.

AVery pleased with the quality, professionalism AND price. Had difficulty getting plumbers to even bid this job because to connect our residential sewer line to the city line was over ten feet deep under the street. This company was very professional and thorough: they got necessary permits & supplies in advance; once started they finished job the same day; and then followed up after city came to fill in the whole cut into the street.- Tammy M.

AThe experience was perfect! Brad and his crew were "Johnny on the spot" from the beginning. I tried to repair the roof myself and ended up having to call roofers. Brad was very helpful. The roof ended up having more damage than expected and the end result was a brand new roof. His crew completed the job in one day and their work was very professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a roofer. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. And did I say trustworthy?!- Kenny M.

AWe needed our roof replaced after a bad storm and we were ripped off by a con-man for our insurance money. RCS Roofing worked with us on getting our roof replaced at an affordable price. The crew was very nice and polite. The made sure to get the job completed before they left, even though it was dark, because it was supposed to rain that night. Having a roof replaced can get very messy and the crew did a great job cleaning up before they left. They even cleaned some stuff that didn’t pertain to the roof! My roof looks great and I am very satisfied with their work. They also do remodeling and I follow their Facebook page ad see pictures of other jobs they have done. I would hire them again for future needs in a heartbeat!- Rachel O.

AThey couldn't get to a big enough line to clean out the roots. The bathroom's did not join up with the kitchen or laundry room lines. They join up about 25' in front of the house.
The kitchen was plugged up, and they couldn't find a big enough line to clean out the roots. They found the line outside of the house. They broke the hold there and put it all together.
They cleaned it out and set up a location for me to go ahead and save money. They told me what kind of clean out to put out there. They guaranteed that for six months.
They were the most professional out of anybody. The guy really knew his stuff.- Christopher M. -
BIn all of this, there is no 220 power to my air conditioner. Part of the work was good, but the boxes where the drywall was to be put in, were set too far back. They should?ve caught that. That was something that I had an issue with. One of the GFI ground faults, which wasn?t a big deal in a sense, they had put a power line into the load side. If you?re going to have receptacles down the line and that line goes into the mode side, and runs so that they are all underneath the GFI. Your power coming in you want to put on your power side, so that everything passes your GFI receptacle is under your GFI.
He just put those in wrong. It wasn?t that big of a deal, but it was to me. I had enough circuits that I have to put these little spacers on the receptacles, the switches and everything. I kick myself too, because I did most of the labor. We just took too much for granted.
This last time calling up and trying to get a hold of him, he has not returned my call. It was professional, but I was concerned about that portion of the work. I?m not sure if I would use them again.- Christopher M. -
AI can't say how happy I am with Jake, Jason and Outdoor Creations. From top to bottom Outdoor Creations has been completely professional and most helpful! My first insurance claim was denied, but with their help and input, I was able to not only get my roof replaced, but gutters, too. They did my roof in two days --complete tear-off and replace and it's a big/steep roof! It looks fantastic, the communication has been phenomenal and the end result is a much better roof than I had when I built the home to begin with. I have told everyone who would listen how pleased I am. They even worked out a great deal for solar powered roof vents. As far as I am concerned, Outdoor Creations is only company to deal with when it comes to roofs--I highly recommend them!!- Don C.

AI contacted Thomas he came out the same day measured everything, was very patient, very knowledgeable, gave me a price we signed a contract and he had materials delivered the next day and started work the following day. Thomas and his employees completed the work in two and a half days. The work was amazing and such a pleasure to work with.

FHe was to remove and replace floor tile, put new trim downstairs in the kitchen, dining room, foyer, bedroom and living room and he was going to fix the laundry room doors and put up a new closet door in the bedroom. He was also to put up a new front door and storm door on the front of the house. He agreed to paint the outside columns and fix the tops and the bottoms of the columns and also caulk the windows. I also had him install back splash in the kitchen and remove and replace window sills in the dining room and kitchen. He also cut the counter top next to the stove to fit next to the cabinet. Lastly, grind and fill the cracks in the bricks in front of the home. Work was started but never completed. He left a considerable mess for me to clean up. Money was given to him and we have not heard from him since mid December.- Debra W.
