    Well Maid OKC
I was inexperienced in using a service and didn't know exactly what to ask for while trying to keep the cost down. When I explained the detail I was disappointed with to the manager, he insisted on resolving the issue and provided additional cleaning. The work done and professionalism of the crew was excellent!! Even though the fault was my own lack of communication, Well Maid left me extremely pleased. I highly recommend their services and will DEFINITELY use them again!!

    the Deal:

    • Bathroom cleaning includes: cleaning showers, tubs, toilet, and sinks; cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures and treating any mildew; cleaning your mirrors and the shower door tracks; moving most vanity items and cleaning your counter areas; cleaning the tops of vanity items and replacing them; cleaning your bathroom cabinets and floors
    • General cleaning includes: changing the linens and making the beds; cleaning wall decorations, picture frames, light switches, doors, and door trim; dusting, cleaning, and/or polishing all furniture and all decorative items; sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors
    • Deep cleaning services include: cleaning the blinds, base boards, window sills, ceiling fans, and other high dusting

There were three women who showed up (all short) and asked if I wanted them to use my

supplies or theirs.  Since this was a deep cleaning and I didn't know what they would need, I said to use theirs.  They went back out to their vehicle and pulled out what they would use and brought it into the house.  They all started on one side of the house and worked very fast.  As I was watching from my office, it seemed that there really wasn't any deep cleaning being done.  I started thinking that they weren't really deep cleaning, but more like spot cleaning, but gave them the benefit of the doubt.  Since I work from home, I advised that once they got to my office, I would leave and let them clean.  They cleaned around me up until they had to get to the area I actually occupy in my office and then I left.  I stood in the hallway/living room transition and actually looked at what they were using.  They had brought in Swiffer's that looked like they had been previously used, the water where they placed the mop in a bucket looked dirty before they even used it.  Of course, they didn't bring their own vacuum, and needed to use mine, which was fine, since I believe mine works best.

I left them to do their job, and in less than an hour, they proclaimed they were done.  Since cabinets, blinds and baseboards were to be a part of the "deep spring cleaning", I expected them to be really cleaned.  Well, these items were cleaned with a dirty Swiffer or a rag that one of them used (this was dependent upon who did what room), and not actually deep cleaned. Once the lead said they were done, I noticed as I am walking out of my office that the mirror in my daughter's bathroom does not look like it had been cleaned at all, and one of the cleaner's also noticed and started cleaning it.  It was the same all the way through.

The woman who had  "cleaned" the living room, I noticed that she did not do a top down dusting, and when her Swiffer wand would not reach the fan, she asked the lead in Spanish what to do.  I was able to read body language, and provided a step stool.  As the other two were leaving the entry way, I saw that there were footprints and dust on the wet tile and mentioned it.  One of them retrieved the mop (dirty water) and mopped over the footprints.  I then advised that since the one that seemed to be the "lead" was still inside, that they may want to wait to take the mop out.  As they were all leaving the house, they said look it over and let them know if there was anything that was missed.

Well, it is only until light hits a certain way that things are notices, and what was very noticeable, is that they did not clean the outside of the cabinets in any room.  If they consider running a Swiffer over them as a  "deep clean", then that needs to be revisited.  I found a lot of shoe prints on tile where they had walked on it after it had dried, and after re-mopping, I believe the mop they used had not been rinsed and sanitized before they came to clean.  Using a Swiffer (a dirty one at that) to "deep clean" mini blinds, furniture, knick-knacks, etc. is not a "deep clean".  I expected the blinds to be cleaned slat-by-slat, baseboards to actually be cleaned and not with a Swiffer running across it, and the same way with the outside of the cabinets.  The outside of the cabinets were not "cleaned" as one would expect with a "deep cleaning".

I will never use Clara's Cleaning again.  Their deep cleaning package doesn't even rate a bi-weekly or monthly package.  When I questioned the "English" speaking woman when they were done in less than an hour, she said that this is why three people were sent out and that my house was not considered "dirty" as compared to other houses that they clean.  I know I keep a clean house, but I wanted a "Deep Spring Clean" as promised.

No, I did not contact "Clara's Cleaning" and report that I was unhappy.  The reason I didn't is because this is how they perceive "Deep Cleaning", then I do not and will not have them back in my house.  They did nothing more than what I do on a weekly basis and to pay for that service disgraceful. This has been a "lessoned learned"!!!!

    J Gabriel Cleaning Company
Jasmine was very efficient and professional. Her company did an excellent job with my brother in laws home. She gave me an itemized list of what all would be cleaned as well as a list of pricing depending on the frequency of the cleanings. They also provide laundry services at a reasonable rate which is wonderful! We will be using her as a regular cleaning company from now on.

    Total Care Housekeeping Services
Management is very responsive. On one occasion over the past two or three years I was unsatisfied enough with the services that I let them know, and they sent someone out within two days to provide a free deep cleaning to make up for the issue. The ladies they've sent out have always been friendly and polite. However, some definitely do a more thorough job than others. For instance, sometimes a dirty spot or scuff mark might remain on the floor through several moppings, yet I can take a magic eraser sponge and remove it in less than five seconds. Lack of attention to detail like that can be bothersome at times but I'm not one to call and complain about every little thing, so I typically let it go. Because of little things like that, I considered giving them a "B" rating. However, they have done a better job and are more reliable than any other cleaning service I've used (and I've used many), so by comparison I felt they deserved an "A" rating-- they're not perfect, but better than most, I'd say. Overall, they are a very professional outfit and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

All Around the House Cleaning LLC
I was disappointed I expected a super job after reading some of the reviews. I had to mop my floors the next day because they were so sticky. The bedroom still needed dusting too.Just rushed because it was the end of day & overheard they had a child to pick up.

    Queen of Clean
I bought the pomotional house cleaning in August as a gift for a friend who had extensive back surgery in later that month.  When I purchased the 'gift certificate' for the friend, I told the Queen that it wouldn't be right away that the job would need to be done -- but would be after the surgery, the rehab time & once she was home for a little while.  A couple weeks after the freind was home from the rehab facility she was in following the surgery, she began trying to schedule the cleaning.  She has never reached anything but a voice message.  She has left numerous messages but no one has called her back yet!  Since the expected cleaning was not going to be right away, I can't cancel the payment on my credit card - she was paid right away after I entered my credit card number.  The "Queen" got my $59 for doing nothing and now I don't even see her name still showing here on Angie's List!  Can Angie's List help me get a refund somehow????

    MarySue Ziba
I was contacted by MarySue and an appointment was made - an earlier date than 7/25 was available but I told her I was not available for that date. I received another call from MarySue a few days later asking to change my appointment to the earlier date that I had already rejected.
The cleaning women and MarySue arrived on time. I advised MarySue that I was looking for a recurrent cleaning company and after the women had finished I would like to know how long and how often they would recommend for cleaning.
I did have to provide a broom and dustpan and a vacuum...not a problem but I have never had to do that with other companies and it might be important to someone else. The cleaning was great and the women were actually finished before the 2 hours scheduled. They offered to do anything else that I might need but I advised that it was fine for them to leave.
MarySue called me that night to check on the service. I again asked for a recommendation on recurring services and was just told to contact her if I needed them again. She was distracted on the phone by her dog and could not have a real conversation with me.
The cleaning was great and I have no issues. The responsiveness and lack of assistance for future cleanings from MarySue was disappointing.

    Merry Maids
They did a good job. I have used Merry Maids for many years. When something has gotten damaged while cleaning my home they've always repaired the damage or replaced the broken item. Overall I'm pleased with this service. I would recommend the service that this company offers.

    Total Care Housekeeping Services
Overall, it went fairly well. I was a little unhappy, because cleaning all the blinds was one of the enticements for me to purchase, and she didn't complete all of them. She cleaned most of of the house well, including kitchen, but did a poor job in master bath. We could see where she'd squirted cleaner on the shower floor, but no evidence it was scrubbed. She did not clean the tile area around the toilet in master bath at all, not even with a duster or vacuum, much less with any type of cleaning product.

    About Cleaning Enterprises
If you were to look in your data, you'll see that I have already submitted a review the same day that I had this person come out and perform what I wanted. He did a very good job. For your information, the address that the work was done is 9412 NE 16th Street. It is a rent house 175 feet east of 9400 NE 16th Street located on the same gated 7.5 acre lot.
