  I decided to change out my old 35g pressure tank for a larger one. Mike installed the 35g tank about 20 years ago. I had him do some relocation at the same time to clean up the well closet. He used PEX for the install and it looks and works great. I've used Stella for over 20 years and they never let me down.

  Very good response, almost immediate. He didn't have the parts to complete the job with him but he took care of the emergency, stopping the flow of water. He told me he would return the next day to finish, but the next day he called to say he had gotten into a situation that required completion and that he couldn't come back till the next day. he came back the next day and installed a quality fixture that worked very well. He left the job with a little aesthetic work for me to do on the drywall, but I was good with that, as I had already opened the wall looking for the problem, as I am a bit of a do-it-yourselfer.

  Had to shut the water off on Sunday.  I called him mid day, on Monday.   offered to come after work, I ended up leaving early to meet him.  Looked at the issue.  told me what i needed, quoted me a price. and fixed it.

  I have used Advent Heat & Air, Plumbing twice now, once for the air conditioner and once for plumbing.  Both times they came out the experience with the technician and the maintenance performed was top notch.  When we contacted Advent in an emergency situation we found the phone rep to be extremely helpful and she dispatched Brandon within the hour.  Brandon was very nice and personable and did a great repair in the rain no less.  I would highly recommend Advent Heat & Air, Plumbing and will definitely be using them if the need arises in the future.

  There were extenuating circumstances in our situation. Darrel went above and beyond what would normally be expected to accomplish the job at a more than fair price. Very quick to inspect, and respond to our questions. Very professional. Knowledge in the multifaceted field of home construction, maintenance and repair is a must, and Darrel is an expert in every field it would seem. We are very pleased with the services rendered and are recommending everyone to use this business. If you are looking to buy/invest in a home, the money spent on home inspections is an investment in your future, and a screen against all the things which otherwise would have been subject to Murphy's Law. Not that the unexpected will not happen, and such inspections are not a guarantee; however, with that being said if you use this business you could potentially save yourself thousands of dollars down the line. Going into the buying situation aware, prepared and knowledgeable is
  worth many times what you will pay in services rendered, even if it turns out to be that what you discover is a deal breaker. Better to know now and walk away, than be caught unawares later and be trapped by obligations.

  I called in the morning and told the person about my problem. She had the plumber call me and they told me when they would be here. They came out the same day even though I told them it wasn't an emergency.
  
  We had a broken water line that cracked due to the dry weather. They repaired it using fittings that would make the line more durable and reliable.

  After calling other plumbers, who charged more, and did not fix the problem, my daughter and her husband called Roto Rooter Plumbing Sewer based on Angie's List A rating. According to my son-in-law, they fixed the problem, they knew what they were doing, and they were very professional. This is an older house, and the plumbing system is an old design.
