DSolid Plumbing CoJeff and his coworker came into my house, without masks or shoe covers, did not introduce themselves, say hello or anything. I had to ask who they were. My sink is very old. Jeff never said anything to me until he was ready to leave that the faucet install could fail because of the condition of my old sink. When they finished, Jeff left without a word, his coworket came in to collect. I paid, they never thanked me for my business, nor did they ever put on a mask. I'll NEVER call them again.- James S.

ABrooks ConstructionEstimate was based on a home visit that included measurements and pictures. A computer generated detailed estimate was provided that included the dimensions and general materials stated during the home visit. This was not the lowest price estimate, but it was the estimate that most accurately depicted the work we had asked for during the three home visits from contractors., After making the decision to go with Brooks, we met at a home improvement store to select tile, shower head and controls, and wall/door. It was stated that the glass wall could not be ordered until the tile was in place, based on precision measurements required. A start date was agreed upon and a contract was signed by both parties. No money was asked for up front, complete payment was due after the project was completed. Work did not start on the agreed to date due to illness of Brooks. We re-set the date and began the following week. The demolition went quick. The plumbing work was completed in one day and plugged, so the water supply was available to the rest of the house. As explained during the estimate visit, the new wallboard, shower pan, tiling on the floor and ceiling were done incrementally to ensure all adhesives cured properly. Each day the path from the front door to the work area was swept or vacuumed, trash removed; and work tools stacked neatly. The shower was ready for use with a temporary shower curtain while we had company for the holidays. The wall took about 2+ weeks to arrive at the Home Improvement store. After the wall/door was installed, Brooks came out to collect payment. The only issue to be fixed was the shower handle was a little loose, which was fixed on the spot. Overall a very good experience. We gave access to our house without us at home. Brooks had a trailer with tools, left tools here for days at a time and had not been paid any money--we assumed they had more to lose than us. We did safeguards for the satellite and internet services.- Vance M.

AOwen's ConstructionShawn Owens and his team provided excellent service. They completed our bathroom remodel on time and for the price they quoted. They took care of a lot of extra issues that popped up during their short time at the house. I found a few extra things for them to do as well and they finished that work for very fair pricing. You always wonder about who you invite into your home. i would not hesitate to let Shawn and his crew into my home at any time. They are to be trusted. My wife and I always felt comfortable with them. I would recommend Shawn going forward. AThey did a fantastic job! My walk in shower was exactly what I wanted. They removed an 80’s shower/tub combo and installed the most beautiful shower— it only took them a day and a half. The extra day was due to some complicated plumbing they were able to resolve. The crew was professional and I enjoyed having them over. It was well worth the investment and I will be calling bath planet back for the next install upstairs in the near future.

AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!

AJoey was our salesman and he was very thorough and explained the whole process to us. We picked out all of our flooring, paint colors, fixtures, shower enclosure colors/patterns, type of glass for the doors etc from an extensive set of samples he brought with him, which was very helpful. Install day came exactly as scheduled by Randell and our installer Taylor and plumber Clay showed up to get started. Our house is 72 years old, so they had a few issues to deal with and overcame every little thing that needed to be done with complete competence. Our 2 bathrooms both turned out SO pretty and we couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Taylor is very detail oriented and a very hard worker. He even showed up to work during the snow that practically crippled the city. I was very impressed with his work ethic. He is very pleasant and polite and I kinda miss the guy now that he's gone. I'd absolutely hire them again if I renovate any other bathrooms.
