ARedneck Doors LLCEverything went great. Called Redneck Door. Told Mr. Sanders what the problem was, told me no problem . He then told me he would be there that morning. Wow ,i thought, a business that doesnt want to do it the next day. True to his word , three gentlmen showed up and was in preforned the spring replacement, and was gone in less than 45 minutes. The work preforned was professional and quick. If I ever need them again they will definitely get my business.- Robert M.

ARedneck Doors LLCI called the morning of the 9th of June, but no answer. A minute later I was called back by the provider. Due to their schedule they could not make it the same day, but set a time for the next day on the 10th. They called me to confirm our appointment and also offered to call 20 minutes ahead if I was at work. I had taken time off to be home at the time they scheduled. As promised they called in advance and arrived 5 minutes later. After arriving they got right to work. Within an hours time, they had replaced both torsion springs that help the garage door to open, oiled all springs and wheels, and gave me some maintenance tips. I was back in business and was grateful for their prompt service. Would I call and use them again, YES. Could I have done the work myself, yes and have done it in the past but I really don't have the time nor the patience anymore. Glad I called for someone else to do it for a change.- John C.

ADoors PlusWe purchased a garage door from overhead door. The door is not even a year old and it fell off the hinges completely. The door we had before this was from overhead also and the same thing happened but overhead blamed it on being old. So when we called overhead to fix it the customer service was HORRIBLE. They said since we were not in the 90 days we had to pay 150 an hour. Long story short I went off. We called doors plus and they came out immediately a WONDERFUL price and fixed the door and hung it back up and explained how it happened. The lady who schedules the appointments was also so sweet and made us feel like that she cared that our house was not secure at the moment and she would do what she could to help us. We will forever use them! Thank you doors plus for saving us money and being awesome.- Jessica J.

FRedneck Doors LLCThey didn't install in the correct place. Contacted them on March 22nd to fix the gate. They completed it on May 8th. Had to call them back twice because it still didn't work. It still isn't working correctly.- Susan L.

AI was needing major repairs for my 2 overhead shop doors. Angie's List provided me with 4 companies in Wichita Falls (about 25 miles from my residence). After checking reviews, and going with the one which seemed to be the best, I chose Texhoma Door and Gate. When I called, I was told that they would get back to me early the next day, or as soon as they were available. Around 2:00 PM that same day, they called back and said they could here at 2:30 if okay with me. At 2:30, David and Kahler arrived at my place. After a thorough "triage" of my doors, and the motors on each, I was told that one motor was no longer serviceable and the other needed cleaning and a new switch. Since I was locked in, or our, without the new opener, I gave them the go-ahead and they went to work. In 2 hours, the work was done. They had replaced the one new opener, cleaned the other, replace chains, replaced wall switches on both doors, programmed the new remote, cleaned up all trash/old parts, etc., and were ready to go. They were absolutely marvelous in their work, knowledge of their job, and professional attitude toward their job. The rate was very reasonable for the job done and distance travelled. David came back 2 days later and brought me a new, universal remote for the old opener, programmed it and was on his way. If I ever need service for my overhead doors, there will only be one number to call. Thank you Texhoma Door and Gate.

BStatewide has replaced my roof more than once. I completely satisfied with the roofs they install. I do not recommend having them do windows or gutter work as I believe they just sub these jobs out and I was not satisfied with either of these jobs. But again great for roof work.
