AOwen's Construction1) He showed up about the time he said he would. 2) Surveyed the situation and gave me an estimate; I needed more done and he gave me another estimate. 3) Started the project the same day. 4) Finished the project the next day. 5) Came back and spoke w/me to show me the finished work before I paid him. ******************************** I'd been having some trouble getting new doors for the shed (one had blown off in the storm just before Thanksgiving). I spoke with one contractor and was given an estimate, but he made me uncomfortable. I called another contractor who set a time to come out and didn't show. I called the first contractor back (to do the work, not to discuss it again) who set a time, but did not show. I called Shawn Owens. I was please that he was able to start right away and that the project was finished the next day. He did what he said he would do and more. He introduced me to the person who would be doing the job and did a couple of things that had nothing to do w/the job. His price was lower than the first estimate I'd been given and he did more work than the first contractor had said he would do. I waited to write a review because I wanted to see my brother's reaction to the new doors. He was happy with the job and happier still with the help Mr. Owens provided. Bottom line: He did what he said he would do (and more) in a timely fashion at a better price than I'd been quoted by another contractor- Lois K.

FD & L Contractors LLCThey poored the floor before the plumber was able to do anything, so we don't have a bathroom. They set the poles, they poored the cement in and just dumped water in holes. Most of the poles in the middle had splits. They also didn't tell us they didn't put stops on the doors. We went out to open it and the doors fell off and it was very difficult to get it put back up. When they put the lock on, instead of putting an eyelet up, they just put a hole in the wood.- Belinda M.

AThe weather was really horrible at that time and as soon as he had a break in the weather he came and looked at it. He gave me an estimate and it was exactly what he said it was going to be. He finished on the day that he said he was going to be finished. He may have finished a day early. He was really nice.
