    Reveal Remodel and Renovation LLC
Gerson has done many things for me - including some plumbing, some electrical, replaced glass in windows, roof repairs, installed range vent hood, installed kitchen cabinet, and improved backyard drainage per engineered drawing, plus much more. He can do any type of handyman and even remodeling. Clean cut, trustworthy. And best of all, he is RESPONSIVE. HE SHOWS UP!!! If he is going to be late, you will get a call. I have left him and his crew working in my home while I did other things outside the home many times. He has many years of experience, INCLUDING REMODELING. All work he has done for me has been in the past year and a half but he has done repairs for my daughter for 5 years. We both have 100 year old houses in North Arlington.

I purchased the fixtures with spouse before Mr. Lewis arrived. I explained the job as best as I could over the phone. He arrived and started the job....two of the fixtures we purchased required the users to apply a huge layer of silicone to adjust for long screws in the kit. I did not want that, Mr. Lewis said he could adjust easily to my needs and went to a Home Depot Lowes type store and returned with parts. He was able to get both fixtures, the entire kit set. Mr.. Lewis did not take the easy out and use old mounts or parts in place--Mr.. Lewis replaced everything using even the parts he had to adjust to fit and ensured every single new part I paid for was in face used and mounted the light fixtures without all of the gunk silicone we did not want on our home. He understand and adjusted and it worked out great. Then onto the porch fixture hanging by a electrical cable, he actually could have said call someone else but he did not. He had me turn off every thing, explained what he was doing and then used the longest ladder I've ever seen used. Regardless, he mounted everything new, he fixed the one electrical wire that had pulled down, he set the new chain and even made it lower to where myself or wife could change the light without having to get on a 30' ladder. Now with our normal six foot ladder we can change the light easy. That one had us scared because we use our lights for security, it could have fell and hit someone, or just having lights now when we arrive home late makes us feel safer. Great adjustment and job there as well as number one. The interior fixture was either going to be call a electrician because it was a mounted fixture in the room that connected to a four switch light switch by the bathroom entrance door. Each switch turned on the light, the heater, the fan, or the blower. The company of the fixture we called and told them the fixture heat had stopped so they sent us a car battery size fan blower with a fixture coil and some wires attached. Mr. Lewis actually fixed this one the quickest and had that cover popped off, handed the screws to me, dropped the heater blower side of the fixture out and mounted the new and screws back in and cover back on and had me turn on the switches and each one worked and my wife had heat blowing on her again in soak tub and also where the grandbabies bathe due to the Jacuzzi blowers and water spraying. Just nice to have that expensive working thing up and operational. All in all went fantastic, the pictures kind of blur because they are lights and its dark but you can see the work he did. Great Job Mr. Lewis.

    Ildi's Homework
Ildi and Cesar have a work ethic rarely seen these days. They worked tirelessly, paying close attention to detail and quality. They repaired major damage to textured walls and damaged wood windowsills, and the results are flawless. They also painted several rooms, and they are beautiful. Cesar was helpful and STRONG! He worked for hours, helping my husband move materials and equipment. Ildi is a landscaping guru. She turned my plain, boring yard into a colorful, blooming delight. It's gorgeous! Ildi capped a perfect project by painting two rustic birdhouses for my backyard trees—and not just a coat of paint! She hand painted lush landscapes, trees, flowers, snowy mountains ... They are truly works of art! Anyone who hires Ildi and Cesar is in for being spoiled. You'll never hire anyone else. I'm a customer for life!

    Brooks Construction
After suffering a flood on May 23 I received estimates from several contractors. Out of all the contractors to provide an estimate John Brooks Construction was the most detailed and professional. I built my home with my father more than forty years ago. John was the only contractor who took this into consideration and the only one who said he could custom build the lower damaged cabinets to match the upper cabinetry that I built with my father. After speaking with a few of his references I hired him to remove the mold damage, restore all of the flood damage and moving out and packing in all my contents. The night I hired them I slept better than I had since the flood knowing they were going to take care of everything. He hired an outside company to perform the pre and post mold test. They passed the mold post testing on time and started rebuilding my home. Their staff walked me through each step of their restoration process and time line. As the photos show they did an excellent job matching the cabinetry and stain. They completed way before I expected. There aren?t any lines that can be seen where the drywall was replaced in every room of my 2500 square foot home. It was like a flood had never occurred. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Couldn't be happier with the quality and professionalism of the work they completed in my laundry room.  The showed up on time and worked non-stop the entire first day (only breaking for lunch) and were so nice and organized.  Once all the drywall was up they had to let everything dry before coming back the next day to sand and paint the entire laundry room.  When the stopped for the first day they cleaned up everything and put all there equipment nice and neat in the room before leaving for the day.  We were told they would return at 0800 and they were on time and went straight to work.  We are so pleased with the results and will post before and after photo's.  I would HIGHLY recommend them if you want the job done right the first time and want quality work.  I'm a firm believer of you get what you pay for and we absolutely did!!!!  We are going to call them for sure if any future jobs come up that need repairing around our house.  Thanks guys (and Brandy) for the awesome job and the level of attention to detail on the job..

.He is very good with the service, but I feel he over charged for what he did. He is good at what he does but he is expensive. The quality of the work was good. He called us right away. He came right away and was on time. I wouldn't use him again.

    Detail Contractors Services
He did a quote over the phone because I was going to go with another company. I was happy with the price and the three days he said it would take. I told him I had some mud he was welcome to use if it would work for him. Since I work, my neighbor was going to have to let him in to work, and she was free those three days. When he started sanding, he didn't cover any of the furniture, so there was dust on everything. When he started texturing, he finally covered everything. Most of the work looked good when he was done on day 3, but there were several areas where there were lines running through the texture as well asareas where the walls or the ceiling obviously were not flat when he started. When I told him I wasn't happy with those areas and I wanted them redone, we was extremely reluctant and acted like that wasn't part of what we agreed to. It took him another 2 days to fix those spots. He didn't cover anything during the work, so I had plaster all over my furniture and counters, and he wanted to charge me for the time it took for him to fix those areas. I just wanted him to be done with the project so I paid him for the supplies he used to fix his mistakes in addition to the $600 we had originally agreed on.

I cannot believe that a business would not be honest nor upfront about estimates and jobs. I never expected eagerness to do a job on the initial phone call then nothing to follow it up, no phone call nor visit for the estimate they obviously never intended on doing. Good luck with getting them to crawl up off their couch.
