ARedneck Doors LLCEverything went great. Called Redneck Door. Told Mr. Sanders what the problem was, told me no problem . He then told me he would be there that morning. Wow ,i thought, a business that doesnt want to do it the next day. True to his word , three gentlmen showed up and was in preforned the spring replacement, and was gone in less than 45 minutes. The work preforned was professional and quick. If I ever need them again they will definitely get my business.- Robert M.

ALOWE'SThey haven't started yet but they're going to be doing the roof and the A/C, and siding. It was very good. They cared about whether it was done correctly and there were a few things that weren't done correctly and they took care of it, they didn't give me a hard time about it, they had somebody out within a reasonable amount of time. ARedneck Doors LLCHe showed up at 7am just like he said he would. I t was the owner of the company he is a very nice man. Other companies wanted to charge me twice as much to do what he did. I would recommend this company if you are having problems with your garage doors.- Reggie S.

ARedneck Doors LLCI called this company because my garage door would not open and my car was inside the garage. The owner came out right away and was able to open the garage door so I could get my car out and go to work. He did not charge me for the service but suggested I call him when I was able to get the door replaced. Unfortunately the door cannot be repaired. The owner gave me an estimate at no charge which seemed reasonable. I will definitely use this company when I am ready to have the garage door replaced.- Rita W.

ADoors PlusTwo men came to do the actual work. Jack Foster came originally to provide us with a quote. Nice guy. Knowledgeable. The guys doing the job were absolutely wonderful. Courteous, capable, quick. When it did eventually rain, one door was perfectly dry, the second leaked. However, after checking all the facts, it was probably due to an error on our part. The guys still came back out and did some additional caulking. Still cannot check for a leak -- hasn't rained yet! But I believe that door will be fine.- Virginia C.

AThe Home DepotThe Home Depot was great. They've always been really good. The part of the appeal to me is that the store's people that they send to the house was usually not the people I'm afraid of having inn my home or around my kids. I assume that their price was reasonable because I wouldn't have gone with them otherwise. For me, if they can send out people that I can trust being in my home, then I'm willing to pay more. And the fact that they're licensed, insured and bonded. It's a big point to me.- Heather S.

ACache Road Glass Screen & MirrorThey were able to repair our broken window without us being there from the outside and they took our mirrored closet door and repaired it and delivered it back to us. The window was just 60 and the door was 100. Very friendly .- Dee Dee M.

ABliss Window & Screen, Inc.I had started with another company that didn't finish the job properly. Bliss was willing to take over the job(I had ordered some doors from them too) and finish what hadn't been properly done, including completing the permit and inspections. I also had them replace my inside doors and they did a great job on that too. They did the work when I wasn't even home(away for work assignments) and everything was well cared for.- james z.

AMoore Overhead DoorThey're very pleasant over the phone. They told me exactly what it's going to cost, exactly when they would be there. They showed up, and put the door in. It worked perfectly and exactly as they said, and being in a tornado-damaged area, I was expecting a long-line wait but we had it in in less than a week. I was grateful because of the security it gave our house. It was easy to work with them. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant, and very helpful. There were no hidden costs, and once the installation was done, they made sure that everything that they didn't work on, like the garage door opener worked and so forth. DThe Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable.
