ASuperior Tile Designs & Renovations LLC/HandymanThis project involved a 1972, three bedroom house, that I was in the process of rehabbing. Due to it's age, there were lots of problems, big and small, that had to he solved. Because of Mike's many skills, including tile, electrical, plumbing and mechanical, he could do everything I asked him to do quickly, and exceeding all my expectations. I've already given Mike's name to two other Real Estate Investors. But don't be concerned, Mike will always took time to care for prior client's emergencies.- Ann M.

FD & L Contractors LLCThe people who were to pour the concrete on the floor, they knew were going to put a bathroom in there and the plumber had marked off where he was going the put the pipe. You have to put the pipe right before they pour and they called the plumber. They changed the date they were going to pour and did without telling my husband. Then they poured it before the plumber came out so we don’t have a bathroom out there. When they were setting up first, they put polls in and was supposed to put throughout because we wanted to put cars in. My husband went out there and they were digging the holes for the polls and he did not put in any steel. They poured the concrete mix in there and then threw water in there. So I know I am going to have problems with that later on. It was supposed to be an overhead door on one side and sliding door on the other side and they did not have the overhead door in. They put in two sliding doors. So we went out there on night and we slid on of the doors and it just slid right off its track. It was about 12 or 9 feet high. It was freezing cold and my husband and was trying to get it back on its track. The bottom of it kept swinging into the wind. Where the roof meets the wall there is a hole and water comes in. it’s just one thing after another. We just had a hard time with them. They had crappy workmanship.- Belinda M.

FPierce Company ConstructionIt is still incomplete t this time. We have contacted our bank AND the BBB to file complaints against him. PLEASE do not hire this contractor. He took our money and left with the job incomplete!!!- Nancy R.

FHad my roof done a few years ago which was a mess during the work process but now having to have my entire porch cover removed and replaced due to poorly installed flashing and a large area of no roofing felt so now rotten. How can anyone be comfortable with doing such shotty work? Will NEVER recommend this company for anything. They make a huge mess and don’t clean up well either.

BThis was a big deal purchase and everything was fine. They were pretty responsive. They forgot to do a couple of things, but they came back and did it. It was not a problem, but just the forgetting to do it, so I guess they could have been a little more thorough.
