IT WENT ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. THE TECHNICIAN (JIM) WAS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS JOB AND HAD WORKED FOR SEARS FOR MANY YEARS AND WAS "JOHHNY ON THE MONEY" WITH HIS SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE. THE PAYMENT WAS MADE THRU AHS AND I TOLD THEM TO SEND SEARS OUT FOR THEIR SAMSUNG AND FRIGIDAIRE APPLIANCES SINCE THEY WERE SEARS' SIGNATURE FOR MANY YEARS. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! THE ONLY REASON HE WASN'T WALKING ON WATER WHEN HE LEFT WAS BECAUSE THE WORE THE WRONG SHOES!!

Oven is now able to be turned on; control switch is registering about 100 degrees off. Mark was unable to fix oven to be accurate as prior owner of house glued control knob to oven. Mark feared a larger problem would occur if he tried to force the plastic knob off to the temperature control to make it more accurate.

Very well. Mark was prompted and thorough. Very quickly figured out the power cord had shorted out along with the terminal. Also had him clean the dryer vent that runs up through the attic. Would definitely use him again.

They squeezed us into a busy schedule. Service call was $90 for two appliances, ($75 for first; $15 for additional). Replaced fan motor on refrigerator, but range was old and parts were not available.

Both the woman who handles the calls and the serviceman were very helpful and I would definitely use them again.

My washing machine decided to quit working the evening of November 23, the Monday before Thanksgiving. The next morning I called the appliance store that this was purchased from in 2009 and they could not set up an appointment until the following Monday. We were expecting out of town guests for Thanksgiving week-end and this would have been a disaster with towels and and linens accumulating. I decided to call Mr. Appliance and they could be out the following AM. The receptionists took all the information pertaining to my appliance. The following morning Mr. Inman called 30 minutes before arriving. He put a door pad outside my front door to wipe his feet before entering my house. After checking the washing machine he found that we needed a new pump and YES he had one with him. He figured up an estimate before even starting the work which I greatly appreciated. While here I asked him if he had time to clean the dryer vent. Our vent doesn't lead to the outside but goes up through the ceiling and goes out through the roof. We have had other repairmen tell me that they would have to get up on the roof to do this and they didn't do that. Mr. Inman cleaned the vent from the dryer, went up in the attic and crawled around there and cleaned the vent in both directions. He was always professional, particular about his work and keeping my house clean from his work. I would hire them again in a heart beat. I am so glad that I found this company and highly recommend them.

My freezer suddenly stopped working while it was full.  The back of the freezer section was covered with a layer of ice.  Aaron from Mr Appliance responded quickly and knew immediately what was wrong.  He had to order a part but he was able to get it in one day. He worked diligently to thaw out the ice burg in the freezer and was careful to make sure the melting ice and water was contained. He rechecked everything after installing the part and even helped me reload the frozen food.  He gave me a reasonable quote up front and assured me that he would stand by his work.  He said to call him if I had any more problems with the freezer but to date it has been working perfectly.

3 months ago i called Sears Repair center because my refrigerator door swings open and hits the wall and does not close. This is the only problem. Although it is an old unit, it cools perfectly. Sears uses AE Factory Service for their repairs: the technician said i needed a new gasket because there was a small tear on the bottom corner. I expressed my doubt that a gasket would cause the lack of tension. When i received the new gasket i had to wait for another 2 weeks to get it installed: the same technician fought with it for one hour before i looked at it and saw right away that the gasket was the wrong size (too big): he apologized he had copied my model# incorrectly and had to reorder a new gasket. I made sure he had my model# correct and..... he had misspelled the model # again! Another 2 weeks later, he spent 5 hours (until 7pm)  trying to install the gasket: he finally called for help, removed the door, heated the gasket, put grease on it, made a mess, TORE THE NEW GASKET, and was unable to install it correctly on my door! I asked him to have his supervisor or another technician come to help him: he told me he was the only technician repairing refrigerators for the Lawton area, that his supervisor is in Lubbock TX, and his boss is in Florida. And he has 2 months experience...I complained to Sears: Maria told me my case was escalated and that they had dispatched another technician who would travel to Lawton and call me. Two weeks later, nobody called. I called again and again and was finally told on Friday that i was scheduled on Monday Dec 8th. On Dec 8th i waited and waited, nobody called. At 10:30 am I called Sears again and was assured that i was on the schedule for today, between 1 and 3:00 pm or 2 and 3:30 pm. I had some doubts but waited all day. Finally AE factory service (yes the same company!) called at 12:30pm and asked me if anybody had called me, that they would have to reschedule and they needed to make a few phone calls. I told AE I want to be reimbursed for the hundreds of dollars that I paid for their botched attempts and i want them to pay me an allocation for creating an additional problem (my original gasket had great suction, and i am now left with a new torn gasket with no suction). I am going to call another repair shop as Sears and AE have been lying to me and I will not waste another day waiting for another no show.

They called to confirm 10 minutes before arrival. Courteous, professional and very quick to complete the repair. A pump needed replaced. Extremely happy with professionalism and promptness of service.

Called Rain's to repair the rubber "boot" on my Kenmore washer. I told them the exact part and model number and they said they would order it and come out in a week to fix it. They moved the date back 2 days and when they finally came out they didn't have the part. They had to order it which took another week. When they came out the second time they repaired the washer for over $300! Much higher than the first estimate. They said they would send a bill. I didn't receive a bill for 3 weeks but just thought they billed at the end if the month. I received a phone call angrily demanding their money. I asked if they sent a bill and they said they had. They didn't believe me when I said I hadn't received it. I gave them a credit card over the phone. Next day I get a forwarded bill that had been sent to the wrong address! I called Rain's back and let them know but no apology. Overall bad service / high price / no courtesy.
