ASears Appliance RepairIT WENT ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. THE TECHNICIAN (JIM) WAS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS JOB AND HAD WORKED FOR SEARS FOR MANY YEARS AND WAS "JOHHNY ON THE MONEY" WITH HIS SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE. THE PAYMENT WAS MADE THRU AHS AND I TOLD THEM TO SEND SEARS OUT FOR THEIR SAMSUNG AND FRIGIDAIRE APPLIANCES SINCE THEY WERE SEARS' SIGNATURE FOR MANY YEARS. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! AMr. Appliance of LawtonArrived when he said he would (I live in Elgin). Did a great job. Cleaned the machine out and ran 2 clean cycles and kept pulling stuff out of machine (at least 3 cups). Warned me that a few carpet fibers and backing would keep flushing thru for a while. He showed me how to get to and clean the filter if it clogged again and offered to come back if I needed. While waiting for one clean cycle he climbed under and measured my cooktop so I would know what size I needed to replace it with. When he fixed my fridge he came out a few days later and installed the parts he ordered for no extra charge.- sandra c.

AMARK'S APPLIANCE REPAIRVery well. Mark was prompted and thorough. Very quickly figured out the power cord had shorted out along with the terminal. Also had him clean the dryer vent that runs up through the attic. Would definitely use him again.- Katherine C.

AMARK'S APPLIANCE REPAIRThey squeezed us into a busy schedule. Service call was $90 for two appliances, ($75 for first; $15 for additional). Replaced fan motor on refrigerator, but range was old and parts were not available. Both the woman who handles the calls and the serviceman were very helpful and I would definitely use them again.- Melody M.

AMr. Appliance of LawtonMy freezer suddenly stopped working while it was full. The back of the freezer section was covered with a layer of ice. Aaron from Mr Appliance responded quickly and knew immediately what was wrong. He had to order a part but he was able to get it in one day. He worked diligently to thaw out the ice burg in the freezer and was careful to make sure the melting ice and water was contained. He rechecked everything after installing the part and even helped me reload the frozen food. He gave me a reasonable quote up front and assured me that he would stand by his work. He said to call him if I had any more problems with the freezer but to date it has been working perfectly.- Rita W.

AMr. Appliance of LawtonI arranged an appointment with Mr Appliance and they were on time, and very friendly and courteous. The technician called prior to coming out to let us know that he was on his and would be arriving at the scheduled time. He removed the old cooktop (taking it away with him at our request) and installed the new replacement cooktop. The entire process took approximately 45 minutes. The technician wore and quot;bootiesand quot; and used pads under the cooktops to ensure that he left no scratches or marks.- Jean M.

AMr. Appliance of LawtonMy washing machine decided to quit working the evening of November 23, the Monday before Thanksgiving. The next morning I called the appliance store that this was purchased from in 2009 and they could not set up an appointment until the following Monday. We were expecting out of town guests for Thanksgiving week-end and this would have been a disaster with towels and and linens accumulating. I decided to call Mr. Appliance and they could be out the following AM. The receptionists took all the information pertaining to my appliance. The following morning Mr. Inman called 30 minutes before arriving. He put a door pad outside my front door to wipe his feet before entering my house. After checking the washing machine he found that we needed a new pump and YES he had one with him. He figured up an estimate before even starting the work which I greatly appreciated. While here I asked him if he had time to clean the dryer vent. Our vent doesn't lead to the outside but goes up through the ceiling and goes out through the roof. We have had other repairmen tell me that they would have to get up on the roof to do this and they didn't do that. Mr. Inman cleaned the vent from the dryer, went up in the attic and crawled around there and cleaned the vent in both directions. He was always professional, particular about his work and keeping my house clean from his work. I would hire them again in a heart beat. I am so glad that I found this company and highly recommend them.- Marie S.

AHarmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt.

FAmerican Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. Part of the warranty contract includes the installation of the new microwave. AHS typically assigns contractors themselves. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks. As of today, 12/11/2020, 4 weeks from the date C & R received the dispatch, I have not been contacted by C & R or a contractor. C & R's lack of communication and customer service is absurd. AHS informed me that they do not have any authority over C & R.

FThey told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
