    The service was great. The gentlemen arrived on-time, I went over the scope of work with him, he gave me a quote before he got started, and he did what said he would do. I had him replace an old bath/shower mixing valve in our bathroom, and I also had him add two shut-off valves for the water lines to the tub. I also consulted with him about some water line pressure issues throughout the house and sought his opinion on how to improve my system. He has promised me a quotation for possibly working on that issue as well. For reference sake, I am on a well pump system out in Jones.

    I've been pretty happy with them. I had injured my back trying to replace this toilet seal myself so I called them out to finish it. They just finished the job so they didn't charge me the full price of replacing it because I already did part of the job myself. I did call them up to trace a line one time and they wanted $375 to trace the waterline from our well to the house. Basically with the toilet, I couldn't do it and they did a pretty good job although they didn't level the toilet and get tile in there. Overall, I was satisfied with that. I just had to get some shims and shim up the toilet. Their price is pretty reasonable compared to other plumbers. They replumbed with PEX piping the whole house back in 2002. Quality has always been pretty good. They have been pretty responsive.

    They were very kind. Quick. Very professional. The most important thing to me was how easy they made it on me! No one likes to spend money on house issues like this but for the ease of the service and no problems since - it was not only necessary but worth it. I'd definitely use them again!

    I do not think they dug my pipes deep enough in the back.  It's just below the surface.  The faucet on the side of the house is also loose.  They came back after the job was done, and asked for $800.00.  He had been lower than other people and at the end charged me almost $1,000.00.

    Before the 90 day warranty period was up, we had the water retested.  The calcium level had not changed at all.  We called and had the system removed and our money refunded.  Imagine our shock when the check arrived for $600 and we had paid $1400.  We made numerous phone calls and several emails before the owner contacted us.  He stated that it was a prorated refund for the time we had used the system.  NEVER had we been informed that this would be the case.  He was very rude and told us to contact Culligan for our water needs.  With a technician that sold us on this being the answer to our problem , a son who has several medical issues and a single income military family, it is disheartening that a comapny would not disclose the truth about their product or honor a full refund.

    Rick Prock was the salesman for AirCo that sold us the system.  He and Airco really went the extra mile by putting in a new air return in the house and increased the size of our return ducts.  We have been amazed by how much more comfortable our house is with complete air flow throughout the house - no cold or hot spots.   Rick spent extra time explaining how the system would work, went into the attic to check and measure everything, reviewed our current system and made recommendations for improving air flow.  He also researched possible discounts available to us.     
    He also arranged to have a new hot water tank installed and met the plumber at the house with the new tank.  He was available throughout the installation process.  They cleaned up after they were finished and hauled our old system away.  
    i would highly recommend Rick Prock and AirCo to anyone.  They may not be the least expensive but they were extremely professional, courtesy and were easy to work with.  Their work was top notch and I really like that they provide heat & air, plumbing and electrical so you are dealing with one company.

    We live on an acreage lot and use a well to supply our sprinkler system. Our sprinklers/well stopped working a few days prior to leaving for vacation and during a week of 110+ temperatures. Needless to say, we were very anxious to get the problem resolved before we left town so that we didn't return to dead flowerbeds, shrubs & yard!! Not only did Shady Nook Pump & Supply return my call immediately, but someone knowledgeable called me to discuss the problem! It was so nice to speak to an expert and not an 'office' employee who could only book appointments. They came out same day to investigate the problem. They quickly identified that my pump was working correctly, however there was no water in the well for it to pump! The obvious option was to dig a deeper well, but they proposed an alternative solution of trying to drop the pump a little deeper. I was so glad they did! They were able to extend the pump another 50 feet! Apparently the original installer did not drop the pump as deep as they could have. They were also able to make these repairs the very next day which was a huge relief! They were not cheap, but they definitely know what they are doing. They were highly responsive & knowledgeable. They are honest & care about providing quality service. I highly recommend for any well repair or installation!

    I called to make an appointment and they responded very quickly. The job I needed done was not an emergency, so my appointment was scheduled for Monday of the following week. They were very prompt in their arrival and the job took them no time at all. I would definitely utilize their service again.

    They are my regular people that come and do my job. I've used them on a regular basis. I've used several others but they are the ones that I go back to. They've been able to come out for emergencies on weekends and on holidays. They are usually here within thirty minutes if it's an emergency situation that needs immediate attention. If it's something that can wait, then they try to finish their job and get over here. They are just really reliable. They are available if it's an emergency. They are very busy and so they do ask about the situation. If it's not an emergency then you will have to wait because it's something that can wait. It's usually about $35 to $40 an hour and they get in here, get it done and then get out of here. They are pretty quick and very reasonable. I will use their services again in the future.

    I called the office on Jan 26, 2009 for an appointment on Jan 28. On Jan 27 Peter called and left a message on my answering machine, even though I told the lady who made the appointment that my cell phone was the best way to reach me. He said that he had to cancel the appointment because of bad weather, but that the office girl would call to reschedule. She didn't. I've heard nothing for eight days.
