Auto Body Repair reviews in Jenks

  • They worked with my insurance company to get all repairs done. Took a little longer than expected due to them finding more damaged parts that needed to be replaced after they got the car in the shop but they let me know and informed the insurance company of the additional work that needed to be done. Very happy with how everything looks now.

  • My car was damaged in an automatic car wash.  The car wash told me to take it to Floyd & Sons Body Shop for repair, so it was not my choice; however, I have to say it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have had.

They told me to bring the car in and they would take me to work and pick me up.  The young man (Mike) who rode with me to my office was courteous and, upon my inquiry, told me that they were really good people to work for.  When Tim (one of Floyd's sons) called to tell me my car was ready (which was before noon), I asked if they could go ahead and come to get me then since it was my lunch hour.  They were too busy at the time but assured me that they would get my car to me before I got off work.  Within a couple of hours, they actually sent two people to deliver my car so that I did not have to take the driver back to the body shop.

The damage to my car was minor and the work was done well; however, I am writing this because I was so  impressed that they treated me as though I had spent thousands when the total invoice was under $300 and I wasn't even the one paying for it.  If all businesses treated their customers in this fashion, the world would be much happier place!

  • After 4 weeks of having my car in their shop, I was told the parts were still not in. I went to pick up my car so I could take it to another shop, and I was cussed at by the owner who threw a temper tantrum. Very unprofessional to say the least. I was outrageously charged for work that was not done. The total estimate by State Farm was for $5800. My car was given back to me in pieces, nothing has primer or paint on it yet and they charged me $4900. Unfortunately, Legends is not a qualified repair center in State Farm's network, so State Farm has no leverage with them.

  • Took my older car in for an estimate at a more convenient body shop in Jenks and got an estimate of $850 and three days work time.  On a friend's recommendation, went to see Mark at Battman Collision in Sand Springs...20 minute farther away, but miles ahead of the game in service and cost.  Repaired and painted a panel and repaired a wheel well on my Camry in one day.  Then repaired and painted damage to two panels on the 2012 Elantra...took two days.  Total cost for both cars:  $750, and more important, the damage is repaired and as if never existed.

  • The side sliding door on my 1995 Plymouth Voyager van came off the track and I couldn't get it back on. I started thinking who could do this for me. I didn't want to take it to a dealer. Then I thought about Econo. They had painted my van when I first got it in 2007and also did body work when I was run into from behind and my bumper and underneath was damaged. They were excellent and reasonable then so I decided to go by. I didn't call, just went by. When I arrived and explained they said pull it in and they would take a look. Two guys worked on it. They stopped what they were doing to take a look. The stop had come loose and was damaged. They fixed it and got the door back on and working. It was not an easy process and took close to an hour. When they were done I asked how much and the manager said oh just give me $40. The best $40 I've spent recently. Great service and quality work.
