AJohn was great, he came the first day and performed a pressure test on my gas piping. He then worked with and me and the gas company to schedule a day to set the gas meter and install the water heater; on this second day I don't think this could have worked out any better. John and his partner were very professional and answered any questions I had, he also gave a very good description of how the heater worked, and a walk-through of the flushing that I should perform routinely.
A very pleasant experience, I will definitely use action plumbing again.

CMilty and his son were both very nice. They gave me prices and details on both a regular septic system and an aerobic one. We ended up choosing the aerobic one as the perk test made it pretty clear replacing what we had with another regular septic system one wouldn't work very well.
The workers came out when expected and installed the system. This is the middle of July, so it was very hot, but the guys were able to work fast and get it all done quickly. We saw when they left that there was a huge dirt pile (taller than me) in the back and our backyard was very uneven from the digging equipment, which Milty came out later separately and tried to fix. We called Milty after this visit and told him we'd like the dirt pile removed altogether and the ground evened out better. He let us know his machines were on another job and that they would come out when the machines were available but that never happened. 2 years later we still have the huge ruts in the lawn that are hard to mow over and the dirt pile hasn't gone away even though we have been filling the remaining holes when it when we have a spare moment.
When the system was first working, we had an issue with the toilet paper not going down the toilets all the way. Milty's son came out quickly and checked the system and said it was fine - and within a week or two the problem worked it self out.
After we finished burning a big pile of wood we had been building up last year, lo and behold we found tons of huge concrete pieces that were formerly part of the septic tank. They are way too heavy for myself or husband to lift and we have no idea what to do with them so we are stuck mowing around them until we can move them somehow. It's been too long to probably even call Milty and ask him to get them out - but I am definitely mad about the situation. Doing that and leaving the ground unevenwas totally unprofessional.
We've had no problems with the actual aerobic system thankfully. We constantly had backups before we got the replacement, so having no worries in that department is really a relief. I would use Milty's company again if I had to replace the system for some reason, but I would remember to check the area surrounding the installation for extra dirt and ruts and make sure all the pieces of the previous tank had been taken away before I let them leave.

AMilty and his associates came out to my house and gave me estimates on putting in new lateral lines for my existing septic system, or a new aerobic system. He explained the pros and cons of both types of systems and showed where and how each would be installed. After the soil analysis it was determined that we needed the aerobic system. Milty set up the installation appointment quickly and they finished the installation within 2 days. We had an issue with a leftover pile of dirt and Milty himself came on one of the hottest days of the year to help spread it out. Months later, Milty's son, who performs maintenance on the system, came out for free the same day we called to tell him about a problem and helped us determine the issue and how to resolve it. The company is very easy to reach and prompt to return phone calls/ e-mails.- Gayla L.
