    Toner Jewelers
The experience was very enjoyable from start to finish. Christina was very thorough and helpful. She explained that the jeweler was out of town and gave me the option to bring my rings back at a later date so that I would be without them for less time. It was a thoughtful gesture, and I know another patron took her up on the offer. I have recommended Toner to friends in the past and will continue to do so!

Appraisals & Estate Sales by Lottie
I highly recommend Lottie Stevens and her team to anyone contemplating an estate sale.  Lottie recently handled a sale for our family when our father passed away.  She was professional, organized, and knowledgable.  She did a great job of pricing everything in the house, running a top-notch sale for 3 days and getting us top dollar for a houseful of furniture and personal belongings.  In addition, Lottie is truly a kind and compassionate lady extremely tuned to the emotional side of liquidating a loved-one's possessions.  She did everything she promised.  When the sale was over her team arranged for all remaining unwanted items to be removed from the premises and left the house immaculate, which was an added bonus.  Thank you Lottie for the great job!

Appraisals & Estate Sales by Lottie
it went GREAT. Better than I ever thought. Lottie knows how to display the items for so attractively. It made everything look appealing. Lottie is very social media and tech savvy. She has a very large following of customers around town and in NE Oklahoma.

Appraisals & Estate Sales by Lottie
She was not responsive in returning phone calls and when we finally set up an appointment, she did come. After we thought was a good meeting, we never heard from her again. We called, texted and emailed as well as called. Very unprofessional in that if she did not want to continue our job she could have let us know. We made arrangments using the plan we made with her. After a month, we had to scrambled to find another organization to do the service.

    Estate Sales Plus Ltd
We had contacted Estate Sales Plus based on reports of their being the top estate sale sellers in Tulsa. I was a little disappointed from the beginning, when the owner "just forgot" an appointment she had made with us to come look at the property. (I'm sorry--you are highly rated for professionalism and you don't look at your calendar and see what your schedule is?) But things improved, and we agreed with Ms. Warren that we would use their service, so over the next three weeks we expected that the arrangements for the sale were proceeding. We were given a copy of a contract, and my brother completed the arrangements with Ms. Warren. When Mr. Warren came in to look at the things we had to sell and said that they wouldn't go ahead with it, we were left with about three days before my brother had to leave town; I had already had to fly home. This experience was a huge inconvenience, a waste of time, and needless to say, stressful. My brother had to find another seller quickly, and we didn't feel that we had time to do the kind of research we would ordinarily feel comfortable with in choosing a seller . I would caution potential customers to be sure to require commitment from the Warrens early. Again, we had no indication that there was any further evaluation to be conducted. Fortunately, I will have no reason to work with them again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them, despite their high BBB rating.

Mike Ratcliffe, Appraisals and Estates Sales
Within the first week, he sent a check for sale of 3 items.  One of the items he listed as Sold was "baby clothes-$5". We did not have "baby clothes" in our inventory.  I am starting to wonder if he mixed our stuff with someone else's stuff. Six months later, he still has our stuff and we have not hear from him. He does not return phone calls and does not answer the phone...."Cell Phone Only". He said he didn't use email. (that was a red flag that I ignored) About a month ago, he did answer the phone.  He said he sold a quilt and the "check is in the mail".  I am still waiting on 11/26/13. Our first contact with Mike Ratcliffe was good. He was referred by a person who had used his services. He gave approximate values for the stuff we entrusted to him and gave us a receipt.  about a week later, of the two or three items he sold, they sold for about half of his estimate and after his 35% commission, our 'take' was miserable. He still has the rest of our stuff. Did he 'inflate' his estimates in order to 'get the business'?  Or did he 'skim'?  Or did the 'market drop' a week after he picked up our stuff and sold it?  I wonder but what he lost our stuff and is afraid to tell us. Since he does not return phone calls or respond to written letter and does not respond to query through Tulsa Better Business Bureau, I cannot recommend this guy at all. After some serious digging, I did find where he lives and some alternate phone numbers and a website (thanks to Tulsa Better Business Bureau which, by the way, rates him as A+ with two complaints...only one of which was settled) I give him an F in every category (except perhaps he should get an A in 'first impression')

We have all missed an appointment, but I for one am extremely apologetic on the rare occasion when it happens. Lottie just blew me off and hung up on me.
