    We weren't happy with them and switched back to our other company. They charged too much and wouldn't take it off. They didn't do what they said they were going to. It was ridiculous all of the time, they were unfriendly. They wouldn't talk to me and the coverage was terrible. I would tell them to get people that will talk to me and be friendly. They need better customer service providers. I wouldn't recommend them.

    I took my home office color laser printer to Brewer services back in June of 2014 for service as it was not printing any pages properly. I spoke with their customer service representative when I dropped it off (even had to return with toner cartidges and power cord) and was told that there was a diagnostic fee. I agreed and paid it. The service technician made contact with me and offered a few clues and asked several questions so as to narrow down the problem. He came up with an idea to replace a part and was told that he would need payment up front. I told him that I would talk to my spouse and we would decide and return his call in a few days. We were also in the beginning stages of relocating to a new city in northern OK and failed to remember to call him back. I have since called well over 10 times on various days to let him know to order the part but nobody ever answered the phone so I left a message every time to call back and never received a return call. Just last week I called yet again and when someone answered I got excited. I explained who I was and described the printer I left with them. I instructed him to order the replacement part and was told that I needed to provide a CC number to pay for it. I agreed and then was told to email him my contact information so that he could call me back. I did and still not a single return call.


    I chose this company as not only were my options limited for laser printer repair but because of reviews read here, but I guess I made an error in judgment. Perhaps they are busy with commercial customers but I would think that a customer is a customer no matter and they should be treated as such.

    Called several times to fix problem with loss of upper channels. They came out and problem appeared to be fixed, but happened again. They came out again and it does now appear to be fixed. Problem was due to neighbor's service somehow knocking my channels off the air.  Problem is: this was not my fault, and because I didn't have their 'safeguard' policy ($5.00 extra per month) they charge for their guy to come to my home (I believe this never used to be this way if the fault was not mine). So I went and added the 'Safe guard' to my acct. today, but I was never informed of the situation until I called and complained about my bill. They should have told my in the outset that this would be a charge. Because I added the 'safe guard', they are waiving the $40, but I feel like I am being blackmailed in a sense.  Plus I believe they used to have a 2 hr. window arrival time, but now it is increased to a 4 hr. window. When I called regarding this, I was told 2 times in 2 phone calls that the 4 hr. window is correct. I was told 1 time in 1 call, that the 2 hr window was correct. The last service call was in the 4 hr. window, but he didn't show, and I was not called. When I called them, they informed me for the first time, that this 4 hr. window was only an estimate and it could take longer. I took off work to be home for this, and yet they arrived well after 5 pm when I would have been at home anyway. The man who came to my home was very polite and professional. The customer service department in TX...not so much.  I only keep using them because I also have my internet and phone w/them, and right now I don't feel like changing over to a dish, which is about the only other provider in this area, but I may change my mind in the future, if there continues to be a problem. Believe me, if I had another 'good' choice I would take it.

    I am filing a $11,000 claim against this hospital for the following reasons: 1.Because of room uncleanliness a fungus started to grow on my body. 2.A nurse severely infected my arm with a needle.She then REPEATEDLY  told me that it did not need treatment because it was NOT  infected.She told me that the pain and swelling would disappear after "the medication works its way up your arm." A doctor put me on antibiotics. 3.One night I  had a breathing attack during which I was barely able to breathe. While I fought just to stay alive,two nurses just stood there refusing to give me the oxygen mask I needed for over one hour  risking severe brain damage.

    This guy is very very rude! He claimed he fixed it but to find out he just billed me and never did anything!! I had to take it to enid to get it fixed!!  Has a very very bad attitude.  also his address is not 13th street he is on east state road across from alco. Caution to anyone who deals with him!!

    the service was terrible! they refused to let me change phones even though I had a phone. I call the main office in kingfisher and they did the change right over the phone without any problem. they suggest I report this office for neglect. they either are not knowledgeable about what they do or their service has really failed in the last few years! the other office is much better as far as doing the sales and phone switching. they seem to know what they are doing unlike this office. it may be a case of just being lazy however if that is so then the supervisor of this office is lazy to. I think its just a matter of being uneducated about the rules and policies. they seem to make up their own. the main office seemed to agree with me on that matter. I will never refer anyone again to pioneer. or at least this office!
