Arrived close to on time and immediately started telling me not enough trucks for my stuff.  No one ever came to my home to see what I had until they showed up with the 2 trucks I thought it should take.  Then told me needed 3rd truck and would be another $5500.00.  Told them couldn't afford it and they had agreed to what I had.  They told me I hadn't told them about storage building, which was not true.  Storage building was always included.  Told them it was approx 2 car size, but only half full.  Then told them would have to cancel and they informed me would have to pay for as already there.  They finally agreed to do for what had agreed on.  They loaded trucks, took all approx 12 hours.  Did walk thru house and everything was gone that could be seen(some stuff had been broken and was behind plywood and amongst it, other stuff was in yard in dark). Left broken mirror on 75 year old dresser and half of quilting frames. Wouldn't load some stuff, supposedly chemicals(Dog food, kitty litter all sealed never opened).  Opened things I could understand .After frustrating day, they brought out paperwork to sign. 9:30p.m. in storage parking lot, no light in car no way to read or energy to do so. Paperwork shows nothing in box costing more than $100 told them they and I both knew that was a lie but no way to change, so being stupid signed just wanted to get on with it.  They advised had to take truck back to Oklahoma City and would have to put on 3rd truck because of weight limits to be able to go thru scales, so they did.  They were rental trucks and was told later didn't matter because of kind of trucks they had rented.
When I confronted them on what was not loaded, they told me I told them they didn't have to take it and I had done walk thru with them.  I had in fact called these particular items at the house to them and they told me not to worry they would get them.  Mirror was turned to wall, so wouldn't notice was broken.
They delivered on July 14, 2015.  I wasn't able to meet them because of trying to get old house cleaned up.
After got to new house needed my birth certificate to get new license and when went into safe to get it, it was missing and so were several other things.
I had feed them lunch and went and got them things to drink to keep them hydrated.  They were very friendly and polite while doing the job.
Will never know everything that is missing as don't think about it until need it and go to look for it.

They called 20 minutes before they were scheduled to be there asking if they could come three hours later.  We negotiated and settled on one hour later because that was the 'absolute earliest' they could come.  When they arrived, they were very quick, efficient, and polite.  I was so impressed with their work ethic that I decided to give them a big tip even though they were an hour late from our scheduled time.  We had scheduled someone to be at our new apartment 2 hours away to help unload.  We were told they were heading there, and would be at our new place shortly after we arrived.  We arrived at our new home, waited for 30 minutes.  Called the company and were told they were 20 minutes out.  Waited 30 more minutes.  Called again, no answer.  Waited 10 minutes and called.  No answer.  Called the main companies number, no answer.  After 2 hours of waiting for someone to show up, my wife and I had to unload the truck.  Luckily, some new neighbors helped me with the really heavy stuff that my wife could not lift.
**I could not find the actual receipt for the job they did.  But I can say without a doubt that they were the cheapest rate we had found.**

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!   I hired this company because I had read some good reviews and got a good feeling from the salesperson that I had originally talked to. Had I known at the time what I was about to get myself into I would definitely NOT have used these guys. They showed up pretty much on time towards the end of the specified range (which is typical for all the movers I've used)....My first impression was a decent one, but as the day went on things got worse and worse. Unfortunately for us, the company had just had a lot of employees quit, so the company was obviously scrambling to hire anyone they could possibly find to try and take care of their jobs. One of our movers was great, and you could tell had a lot of experience in the business, but the second of the two movers had no business doing this type of job. By the end of the day the second mover on our job was so worn out that I personally ended up moving more boxes then he did. That's not even the worst part. This guy had obviously never used a dolly before, because more than one time there were boxes that went falling off the ramp and onto the concrete below....bye bye wine glasses!  :(   He was also not physically fit enough to move the couches that we had. I found it funny how the one good mover had no issues with physically lifting the furniture, but the second mover was so out of shape that he let one of the couches fall completely off the ramp and onto the street below. Fortunately nothing was damaged on that particular spill (unlike the fragile boxes before it).....I was happy to see all of our stuff finally off the truck, but unfortunately the move took about 90 minutes longer than it probably should have just because the one mover was so slow. Had I not moved half the stuff myself then it would have cost us even more than it already did. Time is money during a move, so having inadequate movers becomes extremely costly!!
The other disappointing part about this company is that they don't even care enough about their customers and employees to keep up with maintenance on their trucks. I just so happened to notice the tires on the truck while I was standing out beside it, and every single tire was so completely bald that you couldn't even test the tread if you wanted to. This is a definite road hazard waiting to happen, not only for the employees who are forced to drive these things, but also for your furniture when they have the inevitable blowout/accident driving down the road.
My advice would be to be VERY CAREFUL if you're guying to hire these guys right now......at least make sure and request qualified movers who have been with the company longer than a week or two. If you don't proacitvely address that issue than you will be miserable, and it will end up costing you way more than it's worth!!!!
