    It didn't. They were very responsive to provide an estimate but after we agreed to have the removal performed based on the estimate we were told it would be at least 3 weeks. 3 weeks came and went so we called and were told it would be at least 3 more weeks. Same scenario but now we can't speak to a real person, only voice mail, and we cannot get a return call. We have left multiple messages and no returned calls. We are wondering if they went out-of-business. I live about 1.5 hrs from Enid so I have been unable to drive by to see if they have closed shop.

    I am a renter & my lawn was horrible when I moved in ! I had those nasty little purple flowers and weeds everywhere !

    Spring-Green came and took care of all that !  Jeff Anderson called me back quickly & gave me my options. I love it that they call ahead & tell me when they will be coming. His staff is very efficient & friendly !

    We signed up for the preffered program which is seven visits with no obligations and the so called spring green guarantee which was total bs,after being told if we wasn't satisfied with any application that it would be refunded or made right well it wasn't,during the summer they burned up my lawn with fertilizer then told me I was stuck with crabgrass cause the owner was to cheap to spray it out,then we I called the owner(Jeff) he said basicly yes your stuck with it then argued that it wasn't His fault,then trued to sell us a grub control which we didn't need,seems to me that someone with no class like this guy doesn't deserve my business so do what yiy want but if you use them be prepared for harrasment from him and shady sales tactics, we won't ever recommend them!

    Work quality was fine, but business practices were poor.  An estimate to complete the job wasn't given to me prior to starting the work and I didn't receive a bill until two weeks after the work was completed.  It wasn't until I got the bill, did I realize that they charged me $70/hr in labor, even though the job only took about 30 mins.  I called the company to discuss the bill and they informed me that they do charge $70/hr for labor w/a minimum of one hour charged regardless of how long (or short in this case) the job takes.  That information should have been provided to me BEFORE even coming out to my house.  Not cool.

    After receiving the quote I asked for him to schedule me in for the next available appointment. He said that he would be here within the next two days. (No exact time given) Not a problem, I didn't mind waiting for that price!
    Three days passed... Haven't seen or heard from Mr. Chavez, so I give him a call. I kindly ask when he will be able to fit me into his schedule, he said he'd be there on Monday. (This was a Thursday) Again, not a problem to wait.
    Monday comes and goes... Have not heard from him... Wednesday comes and I decide to give him a call again. He swears he is going to be here the next afternoon...
    It is now September and I have yet to see or hear from Mr. Chavez!

    I needed a quick job on my yard because I had a houseful of company coming to my house in a couple of days. When I called to inquire about the job, the owner abruptly said, "I can't do it Tuesday," and hung up on me. That was the last time I used them, even though I think they are very good at what they do. It wasn't the fact they couldn't do it; it was the fact he hung up on me.

    Gabriel Chavez is such a gentleman and all of his team were so professional and friendly to me, and they worked so hard. They were my original lawn-care team when I bought this house. Gabriel is very accommodating and is here when he says he will be here. Additionally, he is appreciative of me, as a customer, which means A LOT to me. As long as Gabriel heads up the team, they will remain my permanent lawn-care professionals.

    This Company advertises by leaving a business card in the front door. Our home has 3 very large oak trees on our property plus several large, mature trees on our neighbor's lots, so we have lots of leaves in our yard every fall. We contacted Jorge Galopa and left a message. He very quickly returned our call, came to our house that evening to give us an estimate for raking and removing the leaves around our entire house. They were able to do the work the next day, and they did an excellent job! All flowerbeds, gutters, and areas around our house were cleaned of leaves and twigs, and all debris was hauled off!!

    This is the second time I have used Galopa and they have not let me down yet. In the fall, I had a ton of leaves and did not know what to do with it all. They cleaned them all up and worked all day at it. This time I had some monkey grass that had gone crazy and I did not know how to properly handle them. They showed me what they were going to do, gave me a quote, and were ready to work right then and there! It took maybe 20 minutes and they were very nice gentlemen. I will definitely be calling them again with any questions or help.

    After just buying a home with overgrown landscaping I needed someone to come in, clean everything up and make it managable for me to take care of myself. I called Chavez Lawn Service after driving by one of their trucks in my neighborhood. They came out on Fri to give me an estimate and first thing Sat morning three workers were there. Five hours later, my yard and all the landscaping looked amazing. After seeing the amount of stuff they hauled away, it would have taken me all weekend and then some to have been able to do it all myself.
