  OK except he took longer than originally estimated which was fine but as he was leaving he told us he would only charge for 2 hours because that is what he estimated. But when we got the bill he had charged for 2 1/2 hours. Do not like that he was not honest with us. He should have told us he had to charge more as he was leaving!

  He arrived on time. At first it seemed he wasn't going to get the line cleared but he worked on it for 2 hours and finally got it cleared. Very reasonable price considering the time. Couldn't be more happy.

  We were not happy with them. The guy that came out didn't seem very knowledgeable and showed up late. Didn't answer any of my question and left me very clueless. We're very unhappy with the price we think it's outrageous.

  The initial call to setup a bid on the job was returned and a time and date was selected. He was running late and called with was great, he made it to our house and started to discuss what we wanted and what he could do to make our remodel a lasting one. But one of his recomendations I had questions on so I checked the code and found that it was not to code. We told this contractor that we were not in a hurry but was looking for a bid.Three weeks went by with no word on our bid, so I made 4 different calls and a lot of promises form this contractor but no follow thru. I'm sure this is a good contractor but his is not the one for us.

  Stellata Construction

  Several years ago, we converted a bedroom to a dining room, but left the original opening into the hallway where the bathroom is and widened the closet in the room to accommodate a queen-size Murphy bed. Since we no longer need an additional bedroom, we removed the Murphy bed. Mr. Work modified the closet again and installed traditional mirrored bypass doors, and walled in the original doorway. On a subsequent visit, he built a linen closet. On his third visit, he performed similar tasks on a house we intend to resell, removing and reinstalling wainscotting, removing a partial wall, closing off a doorway and raising a shower head and installing faucets. He also repaired a wall at one of our rentals. He will soon return to demo the kitchen cabinets and install new ones in the house we are selling.. And it is highly likely we will call him again to do additional work on our rentals.
  
  If we could have given Mr. Work a grade higher than and quot;Aand quot;, we would have. We have used other contractors and thought everything was okay in spite of the flaws we saw in the work. He charges half what we had been paying and his work is impeccable. He does what he says he will do and does it well; he comes to work each day, does a day's work and goes home. When he has completed a job, we are amazed at the quality of workmanship. We will never use anyone elseb

  Bailey Brothers Plumbing Heating and AC

  My upstairs central A/C unit had stopped blowing cold air at all, and the downstairs unit was pushing out a very low volume of air. We had Bailey Brothers out to give us an estimate on fixing them. They told us $700 for the upstairs unit and $600 for the downstairs. When they came out to fix them, the technician found that the problem was not as severe as they had originally thought. The total cost for BOTH units to be fixed was under $300. This is the 4th time we have used this company, and have found that this is a consistent customer service they perform. They not only come and do quality service every time, but they actually look for ways to save you money while they are there.  I could not recommend this company strong enough to anyone needing plumbing, or AC/Heat repair done.

  I called the night before at 6 o' clock and they were out here at 9 o' clock the next morning. They were very nice and very professional. They did an excellent job. Their price was competitive. I will use them again.

  They are very good. They came out the same day and knew where the slab leak was. They were here all day until they got it fixed at a reasonable price. They were polite and courteous and stayed with the job until they got it fixed. I would recommend them. They cleaned up when they were finished. The price was fair.
